Posted at 19/11/2009 17:26 by andrewmcl Whoops CTI I meant CTR! I have CTI too though! |
Posted at 28/7/2008 10:44 by jerrylatham I hold CTI shares - both 'common' shares and 'A' shares. Can anyone please tell me if there is a market for the 'A' shares? |
Posted at 08/11/2007 19:11 by stewacg I don't get this. Now CTI are third on the chart price breakout leaderboard & have broken the 5 year chart despite very nervous markets and still no responses to my message above. |
Posted at 10/4/2006 15:56 by queeny2 The Financial Times today carried a feature on Chi-Med, part of Hutchison Whampoa, which is planning a £40 million float on AIM shortly. It's a traditional Chinese medicine company. Earlier in the year China Biotech listed on Ofex. The Chinese domestic market is growing at 20% pa, and is set to be world's fifth biggest in 4 years time. What they didn't mention is that there is already a company listed in London, Cathay International (CTI) which has many pharma and biotech ventures in China and a valuation underpinned by its 5 star hotel in Shenzhen, run by a man called WU ZHEN TAO, who has already made a fortune in China from infrastructure projects. He owns a majority of the company. Yes, it's a punt, but they have many strings to their bow in the pharma/bio area, plus they bought a "drug" distribution business with 200 salesmen. They don't have a web-site, year-end results due shortly. Have a crack. |
