The 'successful' placing were when the share price was close to 0.1

So irrelevant.

They can't place at 0.1 now, no one is going to pay 5 times...

But they can keep selling off their own shares and keep the price down..

I'd expect a placing before results? Also, losses reduced since last year and operating costs reduced? What was the expected revenue - the projection they obviously haven't met?

What do you mean 'alleged' failed placing? 😅😅 I've already sent you the link to the official company rns where they explicitly said 'we will dispose of the £1.2 million in shares as and when the opportunity arise'.

There was 50K worth and around 200k worth placing at 0.01.
they had placing 0.1 when the share price was 0.08 - placing caused the share price to drop further!
then they had another placing of 0.1p when the share price was at 0.06! - look at the share price now!

I might slightly off with value, because I taking it from top of my head from the research I done in the couple months ago!

Another note - You said end year report is due! Did you not read the RNS sating they are expecting wider loss than they anticipated and they are in need of cash!

My only issue with you is you've started to peddle Davevt's lies and misinformation. It isn't your own research, you're just copying what he's saying which is lies. cc,if I had a peny every time someone said "3 derampers on this share now. Notice how derampers only plague boards for shares with potential"! You didn't bother to address a single question/suspicion I raised but branded me deramper! that shows your credibility.
