PM709 good to see you on here, I've read your comments on LSE and understand your frustration...not sure if you've sold at the 10% loss you said you might? How much are AIM cash shells valued at? Basucally we need the company to increase that revenue. This could turnaround quite quickly. Even Davevt who also hates the companies is in for a technical dead cat bounce at below 1.7p. Maybe take the opportunity to topup but obviously your risk and dyor good luck mate.

On what basis are you suggesting this company should valued well over 600k? What does this company offer? A software suit than can be made by 3rd year Software Uni graduate!

What do you mean by the company can only place at 0.1p?
Two things - 1) they placed at 0.1p when the share price was at 0.06p no look at where the share price is!
2) has it ever occurred to you that they could consolidate and place?

Past performance of the company - It has consistently dropped its value over the last few years!

Look at the spread - Wider spread mean high risk stock! that is the reason why MM keep the spread wide!

I'm not sure if you are smoking something and living in fools dream world or you force convincing you that something good will happen!

I don't think you should set your hopes too high!

So let's look at the facts - the mcap is just over 600k yes 600 grand. Even as a cash shell the company is worth many times more. As a private company you simply cannot float a company for that amount and many private companies will look for an existing shell to reverse into. Additionally then company has said they need to raise funds. They can't do this at less than 0.1p which is over 5 bags from current share price Also, Davevt say there's lots of random shares around they could flood the market with from a fictitious failed placing that he refers to but he cannot tell us a supposed date when this was meant to have occured. Davevt also says this always drops on news. No it doesn't. Another lie from him.

Davevt I can't quite understand why you feel the need to be so argumentative and try to win against people so much. My point was the dip in and out of this share. Trade it if you will. Whereas Beeks of Arabia has never invested here and as no intention of investing here. I'm always suspicious of the agenda of people like him.

Really, so explain why the price has consistently DROPPED on every news release.

You've already admitted you're sitting at a loss hence the ramping...

..you claim a 23 million buy is 'stake building' yet it's only 4 grands worth.

I'll tell you something, I currently hold more than that, and trust me, I'm not stake building or have any confidence in the company.

...and anyway, you complete tool...why would you be excited at anyone 'stake building' at way below the price you bought at? All it means is you now have a SELLER waiting to sell their STAKE and pull the price back down again, just like I will.

This is why ramping is so counter productive and idiots like you don't realise. Encouraging anyone to buy below your get out price is now a potential seller.

Please CC, let me give you a tip - Be honest. There is no value in trying to be seen to be bigger than you are. I am a very modest investor with a semi-decent knowledge of the markets however do not know even 10% of what some of the gurus on here know. However I would put myself as an advfn guru and uber keyboard warrior :)

There is not a lot that small investors such as us can do to move the share price of any listed company. We are usually trading on 3rd and 4th hand information and have none of the benefits of sophisticated traders, bots, quants, so called "Chinese" walls, etc. etc.
