We know from the recent debacle over at Tomco MM spivs had been forward selling shares hoping to close their shorts with new placing shares. When the placing was pulled all hell broke lose. If CTEA wants to move from the dog kennel where its resided for the last few years it has to make a statement as to the reason why the stocks is dropping.

They will take all your holding so that you can come to the BB and tell everyone so existing holders breath a sigh of relief. They know most will not sell down at this level. They are now giving the shares away at 3.70p. The stock is clearly coming from somewhere. If CTEA are placing new shares at 3p then they have to say so. But to allow this carnage to go on day after day is unacceptable. These are double digit losses six days on the straight. A statement is required from the company.

The bid is lowered again to 3.60p. You can buy but they don't want your shares. At the end of the day if the people closer to the company than yourself have no faith in the shares then neither should you.

The company can't fund itself whilst private investors make money at the same time. Somebody's has to lose out and its always PIs a 100% of the time. You make money here from other PIs not from the company or the markets for that matter. What is unique here is that the share price is constantly falling and it is not as a result of PIs selling. Cheaper shares are being offered to interested PIs at ever cheaper prices. The live issue here is where are they coming from. Placings, warrants, shorters, the Higgs' selling. A public exchange for listed companies is suppose to be transparent. What we have here is nothing more than deception.

In the light of the positive updates the company has issued of late it should make a formal statement to the stock exchange that it knows of no reason why the share price is constantly falling if that is genuinely the case. The fact that they have not suggests to me they know full well why its falling and deliberately hiding the information from its shareholders.
