I'm intruiged. What makes you a long term holder in these? Are you a LTH from prior to the cov-id app announcement or before, and what drew you to the company?

Found this post on LSE so borrowed it! Food for thoughtI have been doing a bit of research and came across a company called Higgs block group. They are the investor in a company called weeverapps.com. Building up a stake for a takeover? No ramp or de ramp intended. Take a look at weeverapps.

I am a genuine LTH here albeit with only a small investment in comparison to others so ideally do want the share price to rise but I have to say that the "Mr and Mrs Higgs" thing does have the feel of a "Mr and Mrs Smith" room booking. Other TRN1's do give specific information about the person who has acquired the shares, am not sure why these ones do not

....and why is there no contact number for the Higgs', How is it possible to submit a TR1 form if you're untraceable. The number of the broker at least should be on there to verify the holding otherwise any mug PI can submit a TR1 to boost the share price.

My personal belief is that the Higgs' do not exist. They're used to support placings. I would not be surprised if the Higgs" are associated with the company. Commercial contracts is what shareholders need to hear.
