Hmm - i can imagine your clco at 3p being a disaster but mine at 1.4p is perfectly palletable.JSE has corrected more than 20% though and has dented my profits. However i'm not about to panic over a market cap of circa 500m when it is thowing off cash at 1m per day.....or you can continue buying the dross of the market if you want.You keep banging on about putting such garbage in your SIPP - i'd suggest you leave it to the professionals looking at your prior history.Ciao.

("Catenae" or the "Company")

Further re:- working capital and balance sheet

Catenae (AIM:CTEA), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and technology, provides a further update to its working capital and balance sheet position.

Further to the announcement made on 10 January 2020, the Company's working capital position remains weak and it is continuing discussions with a number of parties in respect of securing immediate funding, by way of a placing or short term debt and that the directors remain optimistic that such funding of up to GBP100,000 will be available to it.

There is no guarantee that these current discussions will result in new funding being secured or that the terms of any such agreement will be favourable to the Company and its shareholders. In the event that further funding cannot be secured, then the Company may need to consider commencing insolvency proceedings.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014. The person who arranged for release of this announcement on behalf of the Company was Guy Meyer (Interim Chief Executive Officer).

Beeks, I'm in no way defending the company and the lack of material figures regarding the agreements signed, only stating what the company has said in its previous rns. However we do not know and any speculation is purely a guess at what's going on so let's wait for them to release the details and then decide is all I'm saying.

Guess we will have to wait it out, to raise or not to raise time will tell. Let's hope guy is right "These contracts are a vote of confidence in the business, our product set and, in particular, the team of talented customer focused individuals who constantly innovate our offerings to meet the high expectations of our clients. The directors intend to place every effort into growing the Company and enhancing shareholder value over the next year."

Debt is much higher than the amount they need to raise -

The only value here will be in the equity as everything else is virtually worthless -

The only proper solution i can see here if someone takes an equity stake here to inject a business (0.50p) and convert the debt at much much higher levels - (3-5p)

However i think the chances of going bust are much higher -
