I agree 100 grand isn't a lot of money. You can easily work out the cash burn from previous listing timeframes and depletion of the funds raised. They have a virtual office so that's a low overhead and a contact centre answering the phone and passing messages on it seems. Your 50k revenue might be accurate and surey the year end is due right about now. Was 32st December last year wasn't it? So next week most likely. I agree they'll have to pull something out of the bag or they've said themselves this will hit the wall. Don't forget they'll just signed up Bradford FC after the proof of concept which ran from the spring. So the product seems worthwhile and credible, unless these contracts are so inexpensive it's almost like they're giving the product away so cheap it's a no brainer, for a testimoniap. Yes the website is dire, with broken HTTPS. Why they haven't sorted such if had a simple thing is ridiculous. I literally have some punt money in this for a flutter most of which is free carry from selling a lot at 0.026p after aggressivepy averaging down. I put 8 grand back in which I'll keep in until the conclusion. If I had any money in that affected my lifestyle, then I'd take it out as this is extremely risky.

What potential?

What products or ip do they own? What assets are there?

What is the catalyst here? Say the company gets its 100k - then what? Will it be used for development, asset purchases? Many of us have that in cash! How much are their wages, office rents, listing fees, sales leads, etc etc?

There are better risk reward plays right at the bottom of the market. Ggp for instance, or something with at least some semblance of tangibles.

I just dont get it. If it doesnt go bust then why is it worth the current 500k mcap, on less than 50k of sales!

Beeks - the reason anyone would invest - for the potential of a business like this. If you want to invest in a perfect business that has already grown from an acorn then invest in Apple or Microsoft etc. The market capitalisation here is only half a million. It will either hit the wall or shoot up from these lows in the next few weeks imo

Beeks no it's because it's stuck on the pre-consolidation mid-price. Do you need to have everything explained to you? I know you're on here to learn but at least do some reading up on fundamentals of stock market before posting gibberish comments

There was definitely some confusion as the guy from HL first told me that the share was trading this morning. Then after I asked him to sell all my shares ASAP he said it was not trading and I would have to wait until the shares were re-issued. So how the sells are showing this morning I do not know, as they effectively do not exist in the market until CTEA issue the new ones to the holders.

Beeks - what's your prediction for when the shares hit most peoples' trading accounts? A big selloff?

Keya we all did but Beeks continued to push his agenda. He reckons it was a mistake on his part but some believe his comments were part of orchestrated criminal deramping behaviour designed to coerce the weak into selling and cause general discomfort amongst some of the less experienced holders. To the rest, we know this is a binary bet, a 50/50, writings on the wall in terms of bust in a couple of weeks unless funding is secured and placing is successful. It's as simple as that. If funds are on then this flys to the moon. That's the upside and we're aware of the downside. GLA

Beeks in effect its a straightforward consolidation. For it to be the manner you suggest it would involve shares being issued for zero value to dilute the existing out.

Its just a structure to reduce the number outstanding but the mcap today will be the same tomorrow and pro-rata you will own the same amount value wise percentage to the market cap.

If you had 1% today of the company you will not own 0.25% post consolidated.Beeks. I explained earlier this week that you had been wrong.

"I can't wait for peoples holdings to revalue in their portfolios" - exactly, these are the words of someone who gets pleasure from others' pain. Sicko!
