29/1/2007 16:34 | I despair of the lot of you! I am not going to post on CMX again. You all deserve what you get!! | professorsmsmith
27/1/2007 08:14 | Can't deny the current shareprice is terrible and no sign of much remedy. Probably a good recovery play back to the levels many bought in at. LOL What a shambles! | twix386
26/1/2007 10:08 | agreeable> I have no idea, I think is is something to do with an old e-mail address. He in an investor like you and I, and was heavly involved with Paul engineering the SIS purchase. I only hold this because of SIS. LPLP> I agree, as the days go by the uncertainty builds, I am not seeing any vision and strategy. That needs to be out in the open before any confidence can return to support the share price I am guessing but as the SIS divi is a major part, nothing can be said until the SIS board publish their proposed divi strategy. | morgs
26/1/2007 10:02 | here here say's the little man in the back row i'll go now | manonph
26/1/2007 09:52 | Sorry about that rant guys but I'm just getting frustrated, with the SIS stake cmx should have a very rosy future but the company just don't do anything to help the share price They also have a board position on the SIS board so they know what is going on. Why dont they put out a positive statement? With Duffen gone it is sensible to outline their strategy to move the company forward and to look after their investors. | lplp
25/1/2007 16:57 | If he is not really a Professor why does he call himnself Professor? This is all part of the self delusion which has surrounded this company siunce Day 1 | agreeable
25/1/2007 13:18 | Thank you Morgs, whats the story? level 2: 3v1 | silent_angel
25/1/2007 09:57 | agreeable> He is not really a Professor, but saying that are you really agreeable? (no offence meant) Regarding the lack of buyers:- Lack of positive news flow, all the last items have been rather negative and leave large enough gaps that would leave most PI's to sit on the fence and look for a positive flag before jumping in. The whole yoomedia uncertainty is certainly rubbing off on here. The dividend strategy from SIS, yet more uncertainty. The missing part of what where when and how, isn't helping matters. I have never met a large holder (in any small cap) that doesn't get concerned about price falls but unless you have pockets like George Soros and could prop up the price and the market usually has a ruthless reaction to such activities. The market will do what the market will do, even if it doesn't make sense in the current time frame and even that is your own personal subjective analysis. I personally feel quite comfortable with this one. SIS's last accounts look good and there is little reason to doubt the next set not being equally good. This is still a 'new media company' for the uninformed. When there are few of us know that this has more incommon with an investment vehicle, but this isn't apparent unless you know the story. Finally, ProfSmith has a lot more riding on this than all of us together could muster so his interests are no different than ours, just his influence is greater. | morgs
24/1/2007 12:25 | Professor Smith, you have not told me whether you are really a professor, this situation is now becoming ridiculous. Everybody believes that this share is undervalued but no-one seems interested in buying, the stock being sold (yoomedia etc)is clearly going somewhere but the large holders seem content to to let the price fall. Do you think they will try and take it out on the cheap leaving the small holders with nothing? | agreeable
23/1/2007 11:54 | and now a back up tick Morgs | silent_angel
22/1/2007 09:56 | LPLP Agreed! | professorsmsmith
22/1/2007 09:31 | ... and calling myself a fool too | long by name long by
22/1/2007 08:40 | Long..... I like your style! Tell'em to leave me alone whilst calling me a fool! Class! Clearly, I know a phenomenal amount about this company and its prospects. I go back to an earlier post I made a few weeks ago: you have to examine the fundamentals and trust that the market will eventually value the business properly. SIS is the best private company I have ever seen! I imagine SIS will be filing their 31 March 2006 accounts shortly. Perhaps we should reconvene when this information is in the public domain. | professorsmsmith
19/1/2007 16:25 | Come on the profs, very encoraging to see an institution who knows the company well buying more. | lplp

19/1/2007 12:55 | Professor Smith (are you really a Professor?), i think i understand. so are you saying it is a buy or a sell...i forget | agreeable
19/1/2007 11:34 | Agreeable. Actually no: what I was getting at was, as one of the VC's that put the original equity into the business in 1999: and having invested considerably more over the last 7 years I (Reef Securities Limited) own a considerable amount of equity. Comprendo? | professorsmsmith
18/1/2007 11:54 | agreeable, LOL | multisync 5
18/1/2007 11:10 | Professor Smith, you say you have an incentive, does this mean you are still being paid consultancy by the Company? Where does this end? | agreeable
18/1/2007 10:06 | If the SIS stake gets taken out as opposed to the company, what are the other assets worth and who could be interested in buying them? The yoo product must have some value? | lplp
18/1/2007 10:03 | Smithy - what is your call on where the share price will be in 3 months time? Are there any nasties in the loan from Investec that could cause problems that you or anyone knows about? Otherwise it seems to me that for the patient shareholders amoungst us the long term picture looks very stable and encouraging unless someone manages to buy cmx on the cheap. | lplp |
