this must be going north over the next few months. Share price is insufficient to justify holding in SIS

'The services and licences provided by YooMedia to CMG will cost a total of

CMG shares at 4.5 pence per share. 32.78 million shares will be issued
immediately and the remaining 11.66 million shares will be issued once the
integration work is completed. 29,629,630 of the new shares will be subject to

I will try to find out some more tonight!
"got the chop" that is how it was expressed to me, strangely the person explaining it to me doesn't know much about shares and boardroom stuff, so I was being a little coy about what I heard.

Morgs posted the news here first a few weeks back. Morgs said he has "got the chop". Given Morgs seemed to be very well infomred on this point, I am inclined to believe him when he says "got the chop". But fair point you make torwood.

I wonder if this is part of a greater scheme by PD to mount a buy out of the firm from a position outside the firm? Why else would he resign? I certainly haven't had any colour suggesting that large institutional shareholders were exerting pressure for him to resign. I thought he was quite close to a few of them.

CMX will save at least 250k per annum salary plus all the trimmings and wont have to appoint anybody else as there isnt much to do apart from oversee the SIS holding. Good news - I think.

Well I for one wish him luck with the future, it is not easy running a company like this, I imagine.

No buy out now though! Gartmore and Marshall Wace have decided to take the bull by the horns, it sounds like.

It doesnt mean squat. They were interdealer trades. You will still only get 2.25p per share if you sell now.
