Carr's (CARR.L), the Speciality Agriculture and Engineering Group, announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am GMT on Tuesday 20 February 2024 at The Halston Hotel, 20-34 Warwick Road, Carlisle CA1 1AB in The Mail Exchange function room.
Notice of Meeting for the 2024 AGM and a Form of Proxy for use at the 2024 AGM are available to view on the Company's website at https://www.carrsgroup-ir.com . The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 2 September 2023 can also be located on the Company's website. Hard copies of these documents have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.
