Says the business faces limited competition in the U.S. and BofA now estimates it can reach a market share of 11% by the end of next year, versus a previous estimate of 10%. Says Carphone is in the sweet spot of the smartphone upgrade cycle in the U.S. and Europe and notes some strategic value in the company's stake in Virgin Mobile France. It is also at an advanced stage of preparing for the launch of a new "Best Buy"-branded "Big Box" store format and online proposition, offering consumer electronics products and services.
