We were at 42p area when talk of Saudi interest jumped
to 66p, then fell back to 40p, now sink to 18p.

Big swings around 40p one way and the other.

And yet some must have made money going long this morning from the lows - but it is just gambling red or black

Macro economics at play here. D4E will unfortunately as always wipe out shareholders. Another example of a poorly run business. If I was holding I'd have been out quite some time ago having took it on the chin in the forties.

It funny, this is the 2nd large fall for clln and PI's have learnt nothing:

1) Same type invested (it is so cheap, recovery will be massive)

2) Any body saying negative posts were slated.

3) Afterwards anyone reminding investors of said fact were called "smug gits"

Please learn next time

We aren't in economic freefall that is a ridiculous statement.

Stud - thank you, I have not noticed you posting so perhaps you were one of the silent readers of the thread - whom I was hoping was reading.

Fenners you did say and very politely.

Deep sympathies for all holders - esp Russel who was equally polite - a rare event on BB's.

Separately as others have said - British management are truly abysmal. No wonder we are in economic freefall.

YOU WERE WARNED - but you did not listen
No I am not short just interested
So you can hold for 5 years and see if it comes back - but look at Lovell's history at Jarvis - just like I said

As I said before I raised my chance of this going bust from 50% to 75%.

Probably 90% chance now.

The need for further fundraising is not new news. The covenant breach should not be an issue with lenders as no interest for lenders to call in loans.

Further problems with this years profitablity (how big is the statutory loss going to be!!!!) is not good news but again hardly surprising.

All in all a terrible rns following up more terrible rns’. Not sure it tells us much more than we already knew, namely this company is in a crisis and desperately needs to restructure and sort of business profitability. A big part of it is whether they will actually be able to get a refinance away. Question marks remain as to whether the business is actually fundamentally profitable at all, based on all the write offs of previously profitable profits this is not clear.

full year average net borrowing in 2017 to be between GBP875m and GBP925m.

So year end number > £1bn

yep, sorry for the holders here. Next time don't buy a share where cash is flowing out, and the share price action shows no signs of reversal

to profits for the year to 31 December 2017 being materially lower than current market expectations

Could they be lower ?
I expected zero anyway

In auction. I hate to imagine what the price will be when it comes out of auction.
