24/11/2007 09:41 | theshareguru - i've never heard them called that before! Morning Xena, I genuinely hope this goes well for you. vbrs Beeksy. | family guy
24/11/2007 09:35 | to xena do not stop posting, you have excellent comments | theshareguru
23/11/2007 22:20 | Thanks mstaub, I read the article earlier on and it is sympathetic to Cardinal Resources. It emphasises Rob Bensh's decision to leave Ukraine. The Cardinal story however, has almost as many twists and turns as the Regal story, there is a lot going on. I have a reliable Ukrainian source who forwarded me the RPT information this afternoon and I couldn't believe it!!!! I'm quite sure Mr. Timis will have something else up his sleeve, Regal style of course... Hope to re-join the RPT thread in a few months time when things have calmed down, both here and there :-) Best wishes, Xena | xenawarriorprincess
23/11/2007 22:03 | Hi Xena yet another surprise over at Regal never a dull moment, thanks for the insight. Saw this don't now if you have seen it before: Good Luck. Lets see what frank has in sotre for us PI's. Hold On! | mstaub
23/11/2007 22:00 | sg31, Thanks for your comments, they're much appreciated! Anything can and does happen in Ukraine. Despite our immediate difficulties, I am still confident that Rob Bensh can pull a rather large rabbit out of his stetson, long term. I will be pleased when the Framework Agreement is signed, and I will be even more pleased if all the resolutions are passed at the EGM on 30th November ;-) Regards & hugs! 23/11/2007 21:28 | well said SG | ridgeback
23/11/2007 12:28 | I'm too busy being Rob's groupie. It's time consuming typing long-winded posts so I'll let you guys take over, I'm tired of all the scathing comments. News is due anytime and as soon as the website is updated, all your questions will be answered. Until then, you may as well enjoy the nice sunny weather. Xena | xenawarriorprincess
23/11/2007 11:18 | is that the hope that despite delist - it will relist soonish ? xena seems to have gone a bit quiet ? was she forecasting a nomad appointment to avoid the delist ? | liquid assets
23/11/2007 11:07 | so now we are delisted......... fantastic. Keep up the great work rob!! | david brent
23/11/2007 10:27 | Whether fake or not - it does seem to fit what CDL are doing with the capital reduction. | omellete
23/11/2007 08:52 | Im sure that email is fake. I saw the exact wording with a diff company name on another thread and it too was a fake. | pomp circumstance
22/11/2007 19:23 | blimey! if hoodless and clueless are first to announce we really are in the deepest of sh............t | crazy russian
22/11/2007 19:08 | Tomorrow I guess, if not today! | omellete
22/11/2007 19:02 | thanks for that falco. when does this dog de-list ? when is the time up exactly on the nomad guys ? | upside potential
22/11/2007 18:54 | Hi not too sure whether this has been posted before but just got this email from Hoodless: RE: Cardinal Resources plc – Capital Reorganisation The Company is proposing a Capital Reorganisation whereby: Each issued Ordinary Share will be sub-divided into one New Ordinary Share of 1p and one Deferred Share of 19p Each unissued Ordinary Share will be subdivided into 20 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each Following the Sub-division, the Company proposes to effect a reduction of the Company’s share capital by the cancellation of the Deferred Shares. Each Shareholder will hold the same number of New Ordinary Shares as they did Ordinary Shares. A Shareholder’s pro rata holding of Ordinary Shares will not be affected by the creation of the Deferred Shares. The Deferred Shares have very limited rights and are therefore effectively valueless. EGM to be held 30th November 2007 | falco8
21/11/2007 17:19 | Hi All, Xena sorry to be of topicebut wondered what our thoughts were re the JV through Shell and RPT? Would appreciate to hear your thoughts if you have the time thanks and sorry of topic. I have a feeling KBC is the on loan person especially as this the first time the outed themselves on the deal and the previous MND one the never said a word, Fishy?! Hope CDL pulls out a surprise like RPt did re Ukraine licence issue. Good Luck. | mstaub
21/11/2007 09:17 | is see shell taking stakes in rpt's ukraine fields - highlights the potential of this zone further - come on rob, pull out a rabbit of some sort even if u have sold out cdl's assets. | upside potential
20/11/2007 20:56 | i have faith | turbotrader2
20/11/2007 19:12 | so it seems it will most probably de-list. and we hope it re-lists asap yes ? is it that simple and therefore nothing to major to worry about ? the rules say you have to de-list but then u can re-list just like that ? assume this process will cost and i find it annoying accordingly that cdl couldnt just get a nomad. my mate may be wrong xena but maybe not and why won't anyone take this on ? | upside potential
20/11/2007 19:09 | its going to be fine delist, yes! re-list yes!! | turbotrader2
20/11/2007 18:31 | Yes but all they will be left with is Condor and 7 - 8 million quid. RTO probably beckons. | omellete
20/11/2007 16:05 | Yes all well and good for JKX holders. CDL holders don't look like they will have Ukraine assets. Natalia talks of the Sale and Purchase Agreement - so looks like Kuwait are getting involved. Obviously Xena probably has the best inside line here - but Natalia is pretty clear. At least if they get dispensation from AIM then it may help CDL holders. | omellete |
