I haven’t posted on this site in a long time but I’ve been watching this particular company and its progress with interest. I have a not insignificant holding here. The appointment is interesting for various reasons not least because of his reputation but also his specialism in M&A. We all know there is going to be consolidion in this sector as mid/large caps look to build out there resources. The governance reword is also a good indicator as where I think this is heading. Fully expecting a rerating to well above IPO price but expecting Caracal will be swallowed up at a significant premium to this. Given peer valuations x10 valuation would not be unreasonable. I will continue to add on dips here.
