Breaking out on good volume - results early March.

FD buy of 25K in Dec looks interesting imo.

If there is substance to the posts above it paints a pretty sad picture. No doubt the architects have long since gone. What a change of fortune.

O yes Hamster10 I am told they are challenging again !! Why is there is never any update on the position except rather low key renewals which to me should be expected.

Border 3;

They actually lost the Sellafield contract 6months ago, and it did get out on the message board at the time, it was this decsion which they legally challenged, the challenge was upheld on a technacility and was put back out to market. This rebid process has taken six months and the recent announcement is that the original decsion has been upheld. My insiders have not told me that they have challenged agian!! Unless you know something different?

I will take your word for it MP11 as you seem to have better contacts than me but I would have thought if we're debating it on here someone would have been in the know. Anyway as you say best not to debate here but wait for proper word from the company. Personally I'm still pretty positive.

No announcement on the Sellafield contract loss as they are challenging the decision to award to others ! this could be very damaging in the hunt for future contracts. This past market leader seems to have lost its way and some major surgery is required especially in the UK imo.

Hi MP11,

If you are sure about your post of 3295, surely you are shorting it if you've information from people who work for CIU?

I'm here to find out more but the Chart looks horrible, I could see a final smack down to £1.40 if what you say is true and they throw all this bad news at the market at their next update.

Which brings me nicely on to when is there next update please, anyone?

This is reliable information, that can`t have possibly been "priced in" as it`s not in the public domain. I know that, as my cousin works for them in a senior role.
Let`s not debate this, let`s just watch the share when they make the announcement on their 2012 figures, the truth will out then.

Crikey you are a gloomy lot. If the outlook is so bad, and problems so severe and known to be, then why is the share price ticking up so well? Obviously there are head winds which is why the share price is where it is now but I don't think there is anything we need to be worried about that we don't already know. In fact with most problems already priced in we should be looking for a whooosh on any glimmer of good news. Cheer up and stop worrying, life's too short.

Hope we get an announcement soon or i fear the worst here, CEO and Chairman need to come clean and get a grip before the car crash happens.

Couldn't agree more; read the contract extension announcement but noticed no announcement on the loss of two long held heritage contracts at Cargills Manchester and Sellafield in Cumbria; been informed that Sellafield is >10% of thier UK Onshore business too!! Why aren't they telling us about these significant losses?

What was it me old mucker Warren said about brave & fearful?

Made significant money on Pace following numerous warnings & a change of management so back into here today.

At least they are still making money!

Good luck in 2013 in or out.

Hi Border3 - Do you have a link on these announcements. Must say Cape has concerned me a bit recently although I was slightly reassured by the directors share purchases recently.
