18/1/2021 09:33 | If you put Cpx into your search engine..within two clicks you can be in an area that tells you all about supercap usage in automotive. Reduced weight of wiring harnesses/blinkers and solenoids for door locks/peak power management/stabilize vehicle voltage rail/uninterruptible power. I'm no expert here. Your very question is answered by the fact that Tesla acquired Maxwell which operates in very similar areas to Cpx and may indeed have nicked their IP! | meijiman
18/1/2021 09:18 | Meijiman Can you explain where Tesla would use CPX small super caps in their cars? Do CPX have something unique that others are not producing yet? Thanks | tomduck
17/1/2021 10:23 | I’d like a few more sellers to fill my buy order, I’ll worry when AK starts selling not an investor with a 300%+ profit margin! R2 | roofer2
16/1/2021 19:12 | I can tell you that the company is very positive about its prospects post the Murata deal. I wouldn't overly worry about forecasts....but as you imply main thing is revenue projections. I'm sure Allenby will come up with some after the next results. From my understanding the market cap/EV is modest for what they have. A Tesla licencing deal could double the share price if it happens. | meijiman
16/1/2021 18:43 | Mr. T Duck beautifully written , but what you need is crystal ball. As do we all . | canalet3
15/1/2021 13:20 | Many thanks, read that but there is no forecast for this year, I wondered if anyone on here might have a take on what possible revenue and profit might be achievable? I guess that the legal dispute with Maxwell could be the cherry on the top here. Keen to find out as much as possible as might take a chunky position. I like ignored stocks that have the potential to re rate and catch investor imaginations. What do realistic investors think an achievable market cap is here considering the competition? Lastly what is the likelihood of this being a sector that grows exponentially? Are super caps for the IOT written in to the mid term future (next 10 years say) or could they be replaced by something else? | tomduck
15/1/2021 13:09 | Tomduck, you can catch up here: | mattjos
15/1/2021 13:06 | This share has been on my radar for a few years, hadn’t noticed the recent rise. Does anyone have a handle on what you bis years earnings will rise to now they are up and running in Sydney with the ex Murata business? | tomduck
15/1/2021 13:01 | Little under 8 weeks before the interim results, the trading statement should calm few nervous investors if we don’t get any news by then. Imo R2 | roofer2
15/1/2021 12:00 | Perhaps they are simply doing what many investors do and locking in some profits on the way up... | allstar4eva
15/1/2021 11:50 | The Newlands also have a lot of SRT and that hasn’t done much either. | rubberduck104
15/1/2021 11:15 | Amazed that the Newlands have had so much of FTC for years and it has done nothing. | donald pond
15/1/2021 09:31 | Roofer you have to accept that for many supercapacitors/EVs/ Both of these parties will be regretting their move come end Feb/early March..the Newlands probably more so than the small time punters. | meijiman
15/1/2021 07:04 | CPX have a big seller, (there was an RNS to say so) if ppl had read enough RNSs they’d know Newlands. bought in the 3p placement, well done them but it doesn’t change the prospects of CPX ! Buying and selling is all part of this game, my buy order is in (102) imo, gla R2 | roofer2
14/1/2021 21:54 | I suspect the buyers will noticeably step in just ahead of the 8p level in the next few sessions | mattjos
14/1/2021 21:53 | Does it, cheers for your shares. | celeritas
14/1/2021 21:52 | jeanesy, it's had a good run of late and will be on radar for plenty of new investors who will now be watching and waiting for signs of consistent price support to emerge. Once that becomes clear then it will embolden new buyers to hit that level and so support will build more firmly. Just takes some patience … you're not left alone here shivering in the cold so, don't panic .. let it play out and see where the support emerges and then noticeably drives back the seller | mattjos
14/1/2021 17:37 | yes I know. That's why I am out. It feels to risky now to reward. | goforgold1
14/1/2021 17:31 | You sell 50k lots if you subscribed to millions of shares at 3p only 6 months ago and are happy at getting 4x your money back 6 months later. So quite a few people I imagine | charker
14/1/2021 17:17 | I am out today. was looking long term but constant selling . Its in down trend now . support 8p Something not right so I am out. You don't keep selling 50k lots for over 10 days without a reason. i would rather be safe than sorry. | goforgold1
14/1/2021 17:08 | I'm expecting to see some big delayed sell orders later as the trades don't add up today | jeanesy
14/1/2021 17:07 | Getting close :-) | mattjos
14/1/2021 16:58 | I’ll be defo adding if the MM want to sell me more at 10p, I can’t see them going so ! R2 | roofer2
14/1/2021 15:47 | Looks like these could go sub 10p again. I am surprised to see this . I bet some of you are loading up though ! | jeanesy
14/1/2021 11:49 | The last few holdings RNSs should give you a clue to who is selling! I’d rather hold for when the expected RNS lands but then again I don’t hold 10s of millions R2 | roofer2 |
