From the recent Chairman's statement is very worrying:

, although the Company's long-term sales pipeline is healthy, CAP-XX's immediate concern is the short term sales revenue position, and the Board intends to provide a trading update in respect of the second half of the 2019 financial year before the end of April 2019, once all relevant customer visits are completed and their short term order positions are better understood

What would you think if someone borrowed some houses owned by you and your neighbours from the mortgagees and immediately sold them on the market ?. Sent out a circular saying there was a possibility of a motorway going through the area. With the glut of houses for sale, prices would crash and other owners would then get theirs on the market super quick to try and sell before the prices went even lower. What was once a respectable area is now a not so vibrant area. The ‘someone’ then buys the houses back at the lower prices and gives them back to the mortgagees. Job done and pocketed a good wedge and you still have your house - albeit a lot less in value. The ‘someone’ has pocketed a good sum but at yours and the other owners’ expense. Is this legal ??. No - of course it is not as this would be a ludicrous situation. It is however legal to do it with your stocks.
The AIM is less liquid than the main markets and is a breeding ground for this practice.

I would be surprised to see share price go much below 5.8 which is a long term resistance turned support area and still expecting a bounce at this level.
Last time share price had four daily higher highs was sept 18 when it went on a run from about 6.5 to 13p James T Treb.

Looks like they’re getting cheaper, a big seller has been bumping for a long time now, AK has disappointed for years now so can’t blame who ever the seller or sellers are, silence on the IP court case has not helped which could take years to resolve at a massive cost which is a must win case, it’s definitely not helping new contracts to be signed, well why would they if Cpx can’t defend their own IP, I can see CPX crashing below 5p without meaningful news.

really shocking interims,sales last year up 15% this year up a paltry 4%
cash in bank last year 1.5 mill( discounting tax rebate)
this year 1.25 mill (discounting tax rebate and fundraise)
looks like jam in two years. 5.8 ere we come.

You should compare the results over say the last 5 years...it is almost like a copy and paste about the future potential contract
