Further to the announcement made on the 26th January 2009, the Company hereby 
announces that the resignation of Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Limited  as 
the Company's Nominated Adviser for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies 
has become effective as of today's date. 
 If within one month following the date of resignation, being 12 March 2009, the 
Company has failed to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser, the admission of 
the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
