Directorate Changes
Camellia Plc is pleased to announce the following changes to the Board.
Appointment of Simon Turner as a non-executive director with effect from 6 March 2020.
Simon is President of the board of the trustee of The Camellia Foundation, a Bermudian trust, the income of which is utilised for charitable, educational and humanitarian causes at the discretion of the trustees. Through its subsidiary, The Camellia Foundation controls 51.67 per cent. of the voting rights of Camellia Plc.
Appointment of Jonathon Bond as an independent non-executive director with effect from 6 March 2020.
Jonathon spent 25 years in the private equity industry with a particular focus on raising standards of governance and performance. He has extensive international and general management experience, having founded and served on the board of several significant businesses including Jupiter Asset Management Plc.
