I like to think of it as everlasting goodwill. To be fair we
have only been waiting 14yrs which is not a long while, but
I am not sure really how much longer it can continue to pay
the money out without some earnings coming in. You never know

Burton resigns & retires.

Seemingly then gets re-appointed to BoD. No announcement.

I see he's apparently become Chairman of CMR. No announcement to that effect.
