30/6/2021 14:08 | Interims out. They make nice reading. All that cash, making a profit and market cap around £1.8 mil. We should be over 0.5p really | dave4545
28/6/2021 11:48 | As fellow shareholders, we remain with real and realizable value and many windows of opportunity which can arise from our cash holdings. Lets see what the CEO can do - | tomboyb
28/6/2021 09:49 | Its clear the CEO wants to create value here. Just have to wait considering he owns 70% of the company. Get that payserv licence and things will start moving. I think they enough cash to start other projects as well. Cash and assets above 0.80p. But needs to make a move on. | manual dexterity
28/6/2021 09:43 | Shake my head when people sell £100's worth of this. Surely you can just let it run incase a deal with the banks is made, then you might get £1000 back a worthwhile sum. | dave4545
18/6/2021 09:01 | I do not think anybody has noticed this. The problem with this market is no matter how cheap a stock is nobody wants to buy them when they are quiet, we are saturated by day traders. One day hopefully Cmb does announce their software is being used again and all the traders will be piling into this at 5 times the price because when they used to have the bank business on full steam it was making millions in profits. | dave4545
18/6/2021 08:50 | Payserv was being used majority of Zimbabwe's banks for payment processing. If a licence is granted agreed this could be a 5 bagger. The fact that a current solution cannot live up to Payserv fintech tech says that somone may well take the licence to the tech. | manual dexterity
17/6/2021 10:32 | £10k buy I added more, they do a deal with the banks and the price will 5 bag simple as that. That part of the business was making millions prior to the suspension, so now the shares are back and safe I feel it's well worth the gamble again | dave4545
17/6/2021 07:56 | Was wondering when 943k would sell, they were the buyer on the pre suspension Rns That should be everybody out now | dave4545
17/6/2021 07:08 | Samir paid 1.1p for his shares. Sounds like he will try to build back as he holds 70%. | tomboyb
17/6/2021 07:04 | All buys at open all mine 2 x 750k (max online) at 0.32p And 500k was available at cheaper 0.304p | dave4545
17/6/2021 06:42 | Todays FT has a piece on ageing African leaders. I have not read it so don't know if the Crocadial gets a mention. As Zimbabwe found out after the overthrow of Mugabe, the army holds the power and the President is just a figure head. Ho Hum - see what happens. | tenapen
16/6/2021 19:44 | Perfect Thanks for the heads up, dave | tenapen
16/6/2021 16:13 | This could be the moneyspinner for Cmb Despite the shrinkage of Paynet's operations, it continues to maintain turnaround opportunities in Tradanet and Autopay when salary levels and market penetration recovers. Further, it has been apparent that Paynet's technology which was deployed by the majority of the country's banks to process bulk salary and merchant payments as well as to clear large transactions between banks on a gross settlement basis, is yet to be substituted by a robust inter-platform technology. This FinTech which processed close to 25 million transactions annually and produced revenues of over $7 million per annum remains the most cost-effective solution for the banking industry. The Board of Paynet has approved licensing an unlabelled version of the product if favourable transaction terms can be established with a reputable licensor | dave4545
16/6/2021 15:41 | Results out. At a glance not sensational nor terrible. I certainly feel the price deserves to be higher, perhaps around 0.4p unless I missed something in the statement good or bad. | dave4545
28/5/2021 16:01 | Better than i expected :-) Have you seen the damage Covid 19 has done to South Africa ? being its poor neighbour, Zimbabwe will be in a even worst state ! so no surprise getting the accounts together has proved a problem. Time will tell. | tenapen
28/5/2021 14:30 | Yeah I've had mixed results with suspensions. Best one for me was Aventis changing it's name to Reobold and becoming a shell, because I had no idea it had happened by the time I did the price had 5 folded from 1p to 5p so I got back a nice surprise. Then of course you have Mrs/Oct etc, companies ran by crooks It's a risky game this one | dave4545
28/5/2021 14:25 | Just a quick story from me - Had a stock in 2013 - Written off - Last year returned cash my investment 3k gave back 9.5k - Surprise! Traded to over 50k investment on that 10k alone - Took out 30k and left the rest to rebuild - Current 10k value is £16k in 9 months - | tomboyb
28/5/2021 14:22 | If it returns it should do very well. That is the gamble now. I'd say 50/50 | dave4545
28/5/2021 14:20 | Where do you see this going - Investment share give some equity away for a restart - Did have around £1mill in cash - ? - | tomboyb
28/5/2021 14:17 | Makes no odds, the NAV has been miles over share price for years but nobody seems interested, apart from that spike in the boom times it's been pretty friendless. After Oct I'm not sure I can trust anybody to return especially like Oct when the boss holds so much stock he can delist it if he wishes. Risky game this at times. I'm just glad I no longer hold 10 million, after Oct I decided not to hold silly amounts anymore in high risk stocks that are in places like zimbabwe | dave4545
28/5/2021 14:14 | Yep - NAV of $6.16mill or around i think 0.90p per share - | tomboyb
28/5/2021 14:08 | Shares will get suspended at close more or less. | dave4545
28/5/2021 09:49 | Results 16.27pm or 6.15pm ! | dave4545 |
