tomboyb: Gone blue today - Small overhang needs clearing first - Jim Rogers is an investor in Zimbabwe and it was quite interesting i.e his comments. His philosophy is simple : but low sell high. Patience will reap rewards - And he clearly has the money for it -

tenapen: O/T Cambria. Morning, Jim Rogers is my fav / only investor guru i look out for as i like his buy and hold philosophy. I have heard him talk about Zimbawe before and how the country fits his 'buying into a gutter / unloved country' when you see a change [of leadership]. Jim was being interviewed yesterday and again he mentioned Zimbabwe and his hope for change now Mr Mugabe has passed. The whole interview was very good with the Zim part at circa 17 mins. Regards. tenapen: Hi David, you say it so much better than I. :-) Hi tomboys, cmb is a wee Jem imho, great management who are here to build something rather than just bleed the company with high wages / raise new money and rinse and repeat. The usual Aim mentality !. It's been a huge letdown since Mugabe lost control and the crocodile 'took' power. For me Africa is the future growth area and a lot of the 'hot money' that has been flooding into the American markets, these past ten years, will now be looking for a new home !. Let's hope Zimbabwe can sort it's currency and make a pitch for foreign investors. Your posts have brought us some interest today tomboys :-).

dave4545: Must be 99% traders 1% investors in this market now If a share does not move within 30 mins they all bail out. Biggest trades are buys though, smart money sees the value. Once all the quick buck merchants are out and most already are the price should gradually edge back up 150k max online now at 1.0975p

tenapen: If i could also add .... for anyone who bought today and maybe regretting it now. The directors seem to be shareholder focused. From giving us the same deal as the institutional investors in past fund raisings, to them still not taking a wage for thier efforts after three years in charge. They did though take free shares in the recient fund raising rather than a cash bonus, which speaks volumes IMO. Also a director is in London for a week from the 16th to talk to shareholders and interested investors. You don't do that unless a strong hand and a good story to tell !. Zimbabwe is in the gutter and yet they still release such good and improving results. If and when the Country gets back on its feet, who knows where we could be. Do your own research, do not risk what you can not afford to loose, and enjoy the ride. Regards.

tenapen: Quote; The Company is also announcing that its CEO, Samir Shasha, will be available to hold informal meetings with interested shareholders and investors during his upcoming trip to London between 16 and 22 November 2018. London is too far for me, but if anyone can make it and report back I would be gratefull. Regards.

21trader: Might be some correction tomorrow on reflection. It's a new investor not a normal placing where instantly stock is sold into the market or in advance by the mm's so.
