Contract update

The Company announced on 1 November 2018 that it had entered into a contract at Agua Santa representing approximately 470,000m(3) of timber at a price in the region of R$41.50 per m(3) , to be harvested and paid for over four years and that it was negotiating a contract in at Ribeirao do Gardo representing approximately 115,000m(3) of timber at a price in the region of R$40.00 per m(3) , to be harvested and paid for over two years.

The Company is pleased to confirm that it has signed the contract at Ribeirao do Gardo and also that harvesting has begun at Agua Santa.
