Cake Box Holdings plc, the specialist retailer of fresh cream cakes, announces that it was notified on 25 November 2019, that Mr Pardip Dass, Chief Financial Officer, on the same day purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 150 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Mr Dass is interested in 3,670,418 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 9.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
