09/4/2009 15:15 | How's the yapping coming on I wonder?? The Board of Cagney notes the relatively high volume of recent trades in the Company's shares and the associated increase in the Company's share price. The Board confirms that it is currently undertaking a strategic review and assessing a number of options. In particular, the Board has received a preliminary approach regarding a possible offer for the Company. The Board of the Company wishes to stress that the approach and the resulting discussions are at an early stage and there can be no certainty that an offer will be made for the Company, or as to the terms on which any offer might be made. | granny7

30/3/2009 17:21 | I see a bid at 5p plus otherwise why would they want to see with profits and the support of the bank otherwise? Besides for large quantity holders, if there is a bid you will get a fixed pre agreed price for your holdings and not be subject to greedy MMs prices. Back the the 52" and a Martini. | carwhite
30/3/2009 13:56 | Game set and match Mrs Swan...you lost...ALL ROUND AND BIG TIME. | carwhite
30/3/2009 13:45 | That was never the case and if you followed the company correctly you would have seen the small profit as clear as the wet kipper that hit early sellers in the mouth. Read my back posts...its all been so obvious. | carwhite
30/3/2009 10:28 | Small profit!!!That was a large surprise and shows they are dealing with the downturn quite well...should make any buy out talks more interesting if Cagney are trading in profit and not having to accept any offer on the table. | granny7
30/3/2009 09:35 | Time to obviously sit back and smile....just sit back sip your Martini and wait. Well done Steve and gang. | carwhite
18/3/2009 15:41 | yes a few measly penny points, but you bought at 6p and sold under a penny....that's a sure loser in my book Mrs Swan! | carwhite
18/3/2009 14:38 | LOL? But I can buy back now for cheaper than what I sold for? LOL? | johnswan193
16/3/2009 18:40 | Who is Coulson Mrs Swan? Seeing as you brought up cretins There can be no bigger cretin that you selling at such a massive loss and trying to get other to follow you when there is a bid possibility. Rather a silly little person I would think. MEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOO | carwhite
16/3/2009 18:14 | Coulson, I have met some cretins in my time, but you..... YOU!.....you just take the biscuit. | johnswan193
16/3/2009 17:30 | SHE WHO LAUGHS LAST...WILL BLOODY WELL ENJOY IT. | carwhite
05/3/2009 08:13 | But Mrs Swan did you not sell at a massive loss? In these trying times where fortunes are being wiped out, at lest a bid spec brings a smile if nothing else. Interesting MMs paying good money for silly sellers! MEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOW Daft to sell right now in any event, for those selling are selling for peanuts. | carwhite
04/3/2009 15:18 | No, but I do know they are interesting and this is an exciting time for CGNY and its shareholders. | carwhite
04/3/2009 13:55 | I'm already a shareholder here Carwhite but thanks anyway. Have you heard any timescale re discussions? | smickers2 |
