The trading business of Cadogan has only small administrative costs because it is just a couple of staff. Their activity is to buy gas and hold it in storage until the business decides to take a profit. The profit can be large if it times the market right, but it never sells the gas at a loss. For the Cadogan production business the revenue is stable, the new project is to produce electricity at Blazhiv, as well as some preliminary activity in Italy. There is an appeal taking place aims to recover $16m from Proger. The amount is significantly in excess of Cadogan's market value. There is also a second arbitration which has been heard over the summer and aims to fast track recovery. At current 2p there is a substantial gain when Cadogan wins over Proger.
