The Annual General Meeting of Cadogan Petroleum plc was held on Friday 24th June 2022 at 2.00pm at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR.



The Directors of the Company wish to announce that all resolutions proposed at the AGM were passed. All resolutions were approved on a show of hands at the meeting. The results of the proxy votes received in advance of the meeting are reported below:

The investigation phase is closed. The decision of the College of Arbitrators is expected in July 2022.

It's the time now for Fady K to buy more shares to add to his pile of existing shares.

In 2020 he bought shares in the market on dates between the announcement of the final results and the AGM, and he repeated this in 2021.

He's also due a special bonus in cash and shares if the Proger arbitration goes in favour of Cadogan.

With the bonus shares he ends up with 21.5m shares ~8.5% of Cadogan.

Italian government approved Pitesai (transition energy masterplan) in february 2022.
Thanks to Pitesai plan, the Italy’s oil and gas exploration (permits or applications) moratorium has been lifted.
We will see what happens to Exploenergy srl (90% Cadogan Petroleum) and its applications for two exploration licenses located in the Po Valley region.

I hope that the Cadogan board do not award any bonuses to themselves for 2020, still outstanding and awaited, and 2021. Bonuses are impossible to justify by any criteria.
