Communication: Settlement Agreement Proger Cadogan
Proger Management & Partners s.r.l., Proger Ingegneria s.r.l., Ma.Lo. s.r.l., TIFS Partecipazioni s.r.l. and Cadogan Petroleum Holdings B.V. (Cadogan B.V.) have signed a settlement agreement concluding all litigation activities resulting from the contract signed by the parties on the 25th February 2019 (the “Contract̶1;).
According to this settlement agreement Ma.LO. Partecipazioni S.r.l. will take over all the rights related to the Contract, including the right to obtain the 33% of the share capital of Proger Ingegneria S.r.l.
As a result, the pledge contract over the corresponding shares in Proger Ingegneria srl, signed the 21st March 2019, will be considered dissolved.

Ukrainian banks have lendered energy projects with a total capacity of 470 MW
Ukrainian banks for June-December 2024 started financing of energy projects for a total amount of UAH 10.5 billion. This is stated in the message of the National Bank of Ukraine reports ExPro.
How many applications have been submitted?
In general, banks in June-December 2024 received 3495 applications from businesses for lending to energy infrastructure projects for a total amount of UAH 72.8 billion.
According to a survey of 20 banks on lending to business projects to restore energy infrastructure, the volume of gross portfolio of loans for energy needs of legal entities, taking into account the repayment as of early January, is UAH 6.6 billion.
What energy sources are funded?
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the total generation capacity financed from June on loans provided to business is more than 470 MW. The largest amounts of funds were allocated for the purchase and installation of gas-piston cogeneration plants (208 MW), the construction of SPPs (141 MW), the purchase of diesel and gasoline generators (118 MW). Projects are funded in 21 areas of the country.

This pice from January 29th 2024 rns, made me think of these guys,Additionally, in Ukraine, Cadogan is expanding into the electricity generation activities while significantly reducing emissions to the atmosphere. The Company is currently developing the project which consists of capturing the non-commercial associated gas during oil production activities and using it to generate electricity which will be sold on the grid. This project will achieve a highly significant drop in the annual gas emissions of Cadogan as the intensity ratio will drop from 126 to 33 tons of CO2 e/Kboe.
