I added today too it’s way too cheap considering the update due and the potential of another licensing deal.

Topped up this morn. C4 could be the share of 2019 IMO. Take a look at the indivior update they provide an update on the development of the C4 molecule - looks very promising for another large milestone payment in 2019

anybody who bought in the open offer at 90p will be miffed that they can now buy at 72p. Not sure how many are available at that price though.

Yep, not many to be fair but it adds up. Ie. I don't think it's going to move the share price.

I'm afraid that's what often happens :/It did to me when I started out, 3 years of dealing later, I'm now much better off. Still concerned about the bigger picture across the markets but not c4xd, excited for news before Christmas.

8095 that paid 88p when 86p offer the other day has just sold for 75p when it's 80p bid

The get rich quick merchants will be getting poor fast trading like that

Is the news on the Polar Capital LLP holding a positive ? Might be a few more increased holdings over the next few days following the placing, but what, if anything has changed ?

can anybody confirm whether the open offer shares come with EIS tax relief?

found this in the circular

6. EIS VCT
The Company received advance assurance in May 2016 from HM Revenue & Customs (“HMRC”) that
it is a qualifying company for the purposes of the Enterprise Investment Scheme (“EIS Advance
Assurance”). Furthermore, the Company applied to HMRC to receive advance assurance that it
continues to be a qualifying company for EIS Advance Assurance and is a qualifying company for the
purposes of the Venture Capital Trust rules (“VCT Advance Assurance”).
On 26th June 2018, the Company received a letter from HMRC authorising the Company to issue
compliance certificates under Section 204(1) Income Tax Act 2007 in respect of the ordinary shares to
be issued, following receipt of a form EIS1 satisfactorily completed. HMRC also confirmed that as a
result of the consultation document on advance assurance HMRC’s policy has changed and as of
2 January 2018, HMRC can no longer consider VCT advance assurance applications where the details
of the potential qualifying holding are not given.
The assurance does not guarantee the availability of any form of relief under the Enterprise Investment
Scheme to any particular subscriber and there can be no certainty that either VCT Advance Assurance
will be granted by HMRC or that the EIS Advance Assurance will be reconfirmed.
Investors considering taking advantage of EIS relief or making a qualifying VCT investment are
recommended to seek their own professional advice in order that they may fully understand how the
relief legislation may apply in their individual circumstances. Any Shareholder who is in any doubt as to
his taxation position under the EIS and VCT legislation, or who is subject to tax in a jurisdiction other
than the UK, should consult an appropriate professional adviser.

I received absolutely zilch and I was given around 3 hours for due diligence, which is pretty much the norm for retail investors who participate in AIM placings such as this one.

Timbo, was there any investment info with the placing by any chance? If so anything you could share with us? It's very difficult to get any information from the Mgmt team so we're flying blind for long periods

I was fortunate to pick up a few in the placing (with no scale back), the placing shares (and probably the open offer shares) come with EIS tax reliefs, so that is an effective purchase price of 63p/share for qualifying investors.

I thought the CEO said he was hoping for one more Indivior type deal this year

Maybe I was naive, but I was looking for a queue of Indiviors to keep putting in £7M a time up-front to fund the business without dilution while we wait for license revenue. I read the placing as meaning that any additional deals are some time away - a more positive person might hope the £10M is to kick-start much bigger deals.Very pleased that the Placing is at close to market price but disappointed at the 1 for 42 open offer - who will be bothered with that?

Looking good I took a decent slug at 90p and another chunk at 1.03 over the past few weeks. Great Co with world leading tech. The next deal announcement will be a lock out, I think people will be paying over 2 a share for a piece of the action
