09/11/2020 20:56 | Nice buy AGame | electrick
09/11/2020 12:19 | Yes... I expect to see a good bounce off the floor. Nice to see | electrick
09/11/2020 12:15 | Bought a lot more here today on the back of the vaccine news. CCR will be a major beneficiary of this news. | a_game
03/11/2020 07:58 | Company taking the opportunity to use the furlough extension to close parts of the business down again. Significant opportunities for lower price shares | electrick
02/11/2020 10:06 | Yep... company is cutting their cloth.. consultation process kicked off as they look to trim ... certainly their Christmas revenues screwed... It’s a long burn but if we think the co will survive without too much of a change to capital structure and their liquidity doesn’t cost them a fortune the inevitable increase in demand will see improvement.... Time will tell | electrick
28/10/2020 14:48 | well it's a fill your boots day. If anything people will want more to drink after all of this ;) | a_game
28/10/2020 08:37 | Business kicked of redundancy process... I agree great long term prospects and now I have a good amount bought... shame the average is 1.86.. still need to ride out and how many of their customers survive | electrick
27/10/2020 21:12 | unfortunately we're at the mercy of wider macro movements at the moment. C&C Group represents deep long term value here. Anyone buying here and holding long term should do very well. This is a well run company, highly cash generative in the good times with plenty of headroom to see through this crisis. | a_game
27/10/2020 10:41 | Well well well.... and so it begins.... | electrick
27/10/2020 09:25 | Recent (circa £63k) purchase by directors Clerkin, Gilliland, McMahon suggest a level of forward looking confidence in the strategy and future prospects of the company... now at the bottom of my expected share price range... Bit concerned that the 7m euro liquidity boost to Admiral was expected to be sufficient going forward... perhaps needs a rethink given recent restrictions??? Time will tell | electrick
27/10/2020 08:51 | Looks like the statement in the recent release “.. we have begun to take action to permanently right size our fixed cost base” is clear indication that the company is keen to make use of the tech build to reduce staff costs Interested to see the extent the feel they need to reduce( if in fact this is the case!) | electrick
27/10/2020 07:30 | Impressive progress on tech and e commerce for the business.... couple this with reduced revenues, implementation of a new telephony system... the companies expensive call centre / costs have to be reviewed. | electrick
13/10/2020 16:04 | 50% addition today. Thank you v much | electrick
06/10/2020 17:01 | Half year results due on 21st.... Any guesses? | electrick
30/9/2020 10:04 | Seeing the furlough scheme all the way through to end Oct... I believe orders inevitably low given current restrictions... only questions now are “what is the cash burn” “what level of staff required to service market” “how has the P&L been impacted” “Does the current MCap reflect actual position - any other unknowns” “valuation of pub chain/are they providing value or drag” Happy holding... prepared for volatility, option to average down if needed... | electrick
25/9/2020 08:07 | Look at where people are sourcing their alcohol CCR are not supplying supermarkets.. it is the hospitality trade that retails their product in the main New products to access outside trade terms help, the HOTBO scheme in Aug was a great filip. But recent changes will have a massive impact. Add to this not all line are available as Covid impacted brewery’s ability to produce Certainly not back to to full output yet, evidenced by staff still on furlough Long way to go through winter and see further dips and maintaining range of 1.70 a 2.20 | electrick
24/9/2020 17:05 | The price is quite odd. C&C's balance sheet is strong and they have enough cash run way for years. People don't suddenly stop drinking when a crisis strikes, if anything, they drink more! Sure, the majority of C&C's business is to trade which is suffering a lot at the moment however they are already pivoting to more direct to customer channels. There's an enormous amount of value to be had at this price. | a_game
21/9/2020 16:53 | Yep.. those I sold at 2.38 used full amount for 35k this am.... Potential for a drop further but glad to get back in at these prices.... Will be interesting to see how their sales have rebounded from the April lows... and also the impact of the HOTEO scheme in August lifted demand Half year results in next 30 days or so... to set expectations and clarify Covid impact... Still staff on furlough... not all lines back up, every bottle counts... let’s hope the circuit break or regional lockdowns aren’t too painful. Hold 58k shares now... it seems my SIPP has a penchant to drink and bookies (wmh)at the moment | electrick
21/9/2020 15:42 | fantastic price for a top up / entry... | a_game
21/9/2020 10:14 | Got my re entry for 35k this am | electrick
18/9/2020 12:34 | Circuit break plan might have another influence here | electrick
14/9/2020 07:31 | Getting close to half year results time..... Only part of lockdown period covered... will be interesting how expectations are set on revenues.... Staff still furloughed, producers not yet up to speed, restrictions on number of people in pubs/ restaurants.... plenty of stats confirm supermarket drinks up... but pubs and bars down 50% through ld. Hope the company reset expectations... the share price is 40% off pre Covid figures... surely all is priced in? | electrick |
