Byotrol Plc (AIM: BYOT), the specialist infection prevention and control company, announces that, on 16 December 2022, John Langlands, NED of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2.21p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, John Langlands has an interest in 9,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.1% of the total voting rights of the Company.
