Not sure why someone doesn't just hoover up 10% today and be done with it.

In two years timee, the outcome here is unlikely to be an IPO but rather a need to appoint administrators.
Byotrol's problems run far deeper than the costs of remaining quoted on AIM.
I find following decent companies as they go private to be rewarding.
This one though, sadly, looks more of a dead duck and so does not qualify.

Probably why Jane said in private phone calls and on LinkedIn so it's not covered by AMI rules

The only saving grace is having 7-8 family members holding 5% each.

At least we get 1:1 in newco.

Without the above it would have perhaps gone into admin and then been bought out by the BOD aka Bidstack.

Byotrol has been rewarding incompetence for as long as I can remember. With a competent management team it could have done well, but if they couldnt succeed in a pandemic there was no hope. They will stay on the gravy train. Who else would employ them?

At least the gravy train will continue for our excellent management team.

Strip out Aim/advisor/listing costs and we are instantly profitable.

Hardly rocket science.

It beggars belief. Somewhat misleading

The question you should all be asking mudbath is was he PAID to promote?

BIDS is another of his recent failures went into administration only days ago.

Taking it private so in two years time they can relist it as a animal base hygiene company and all have a payday with an IPO

This business is NOT viable face it. Admit it to yourselves at least and stop trying to put a positive spin on it. There is none.

1gw and pigsbladder still not facing up to what they are being told.

Blinkered and still trying to put a positive spin on it.

Your money is gone face up to it.

Why do you think the share price is in free fall ?

I think the key phrase is probably:

"The Directors believe ...that it is no longer financially viable for Byotrol to continue to trade as an AIM quoted business."

They believe that by delisting they will save what are now material listing costs in the context of byotrol's cashflow and will increase the chances of getting through to profitability.

But by doing that they crash the shareprice. That will presumably mean that those who participate in the "up to £500,000" fundraising will get a very large slug of equity for that investment.

I hope there is some discussion in the circular of alternatives to this - in particular sale of the company.

I did warn you all, it was obviously FAILING.

Did pigsbladder, doughy or 1gw take any notice NO. You just mocked me.

Mudbath should hold his head in shame. He has long list of companies he’s been promoting and ramping all FAILED.

Was mudbath being PAID that’s a question that NEEDS answering.

A few other thoughts.

This completes the set of 3 profit warnings for this financial year, I think.

No mention of the search for a new CEO.

No mention of having seriously considered trying to sell the company as an alternative to delisting and going private.

Their renegotiation of the Tristel agreement to accelerate cash included selling Tristel the underlying IP to one of the three licensed formulations - presumably that's some IP relating to Actizone.

What on earth were they thinking when they allowed Jane to make the comment in the recent publication? "The company is going from strength to strength, proving that scientific integrity and commercial success are not mutually exclusive."

Disappointing, if not completely unexpected. A sad end (proposed) to life as a public company, at least for now.

No director purchases (so far), no Investor Meet Company presentation, acknowledgement of "potentially a modest fundraise" and a suggestion also that they are keeping the decision to remain listed under frequent review.

Hardly an encouraging background for retail investors to buy, is it?
