05/11/2021 12:17 | 1gw "appear to be increasingly happy with byotrol through 2021 " You're twisting posts again...lol I said Newlands added and they then reduced to below 3% in Aug after the share price jumped because of the Midas ramp. After the interims the share price fell at which point they started adding again. I also sold in Aug last year. The fact you continued to load up whilst others were selling is your own fault. Yet, like last year, you're ramping these on 'jam tomorrow' and consumer sales (Hycolin) again. Best to wait for the interims and not be disappointed like last year, don't you think? | sikhthetech
05/11/2021 11:35 | The Newlands, according to my records, appear to be increasingly happy with byotrol through 2021 with holdings notices as follows: 3.0% 14/12/20 (date threshold crossed) 4.1% 16/04/21 5.1% 26/04/21 6.2% 19/08/21 7.0% 01/11/21 They have increased their voting rights over that period from 13.3m (14/12/20) to 32.0m (01/11/21) to become easily the biggest shareholder. | 1gw

04/11/2021 20:55 | 1gw, "Even without a new deal, before xmas we should have the interims which will be an opportunity " You have been repeatedly wrong, so I'd take your current speculation with a massive pinch of salt. Given the recent newsflow, I'd expect a similar disappointment to last year. Current share price 5.15p sikhthetech - 07 Jan 2021 - 20:25:26 - 7347 of 9013 BYOTROL-CAN DELIVER AMAZING Milesy, "Mr Market is clearly happy " Strange because that's not the graph and share price history shows. From mid-Feb - the share price rose on the expectation that Byot will perform well and seize the huge opportunity presented to them on a plate. March to summer - monthly TU stating record sales, £1m++ per month run rate and selling as much as they can make. 24/25 Aug - peaked, Newlands reduced to below 3% - The Newlands increased to 3.95% in July and then reduced back down below 3% a month later. Looks like they weren't happy End Sept - dropped back from around 8.5p after company didn't release audit accounts on time, again!! 13th Oct - drifted back from 7.5p to 5.8p after fy2020 audit results finally published. 7th Dec - interims 6.2p to 7.1p traded with that range and still is. Now just jam tomorrow. It's nice to have an investment decision proven right so conclusively BY EVENTS. READ THE COMPANY NEWSFLOW. It's all there in black and white | sikhthetech
03/11/2021 21:01 | Even without a new deal, before xmas we should have the interims which will be an opportunity to see: (1) how much IP income has been booked in 1H; and (2) what guidance is given for the full year. Either one of those could surprise to the upside I suspect, mainly on the basis of royalty income. We know there will be some royalty from Solvay and we know there is unlikely to be any from Tristel (over the minimum guaranteed amount which has already been booked) this year. But could there be a positive surprise from SCJ, TW Europe, IRI, Advanced Hygienics or Byoworks? DT suggested he would update in the interims on progress with IRI, Advanced Hygienics and Byoworks. And if there is a sales report from Solvay up to end-September then that may allow byotrol to upgrade the full-year guidance for Solvay royalty from the £0.2m current estimate. In terms of the IP sale to IRI, we know very little about the financial impact beyond the $1.4m cash element, and even then we don't know how much if any of the guaranteed minimum payments under the previous licence deal need to be backed out. By interims time we may have news on the distribution partner and whether a definitive agreement has been concluded. We may also get a further update on seaweed. So plenty of potential catalysts to the upside. On the other hand, the outlook for product sales guidance is I think more balanced between downside and upside risk, and in any event is likely to be 2H-weighted. | 1gw

03/11/2021 12:10 | cordwainer, The fact is last year, despite the biggest pandemic to hit the world in 100yrs and Byot having record sales, they only increased global consumer sales of £590k(yes 'k'). So why should Hycolin make any significant difference, especially as other companies have now adapted and entered the market?. The point about competitors I predicted last year and was confirmed by company. sikhthetech - 07 Jan 2021 - 14:57:21 - 7339 of 8923 1gw, Facts from their H1-2021 accounts published last month. Rest is jam tomorrow. £590k (yes k) increase in global consumer sales when there's the biggest pandemic to hit the globe is not impressive. So with the biggest pandemic to strike in a century they managed £997k (ex-royalty & licensing) of consumer sales! That includes Boots, Homeandcleaning, direct website sales, global sales. Consumer: "H1 revenues more than doubled to £1.01m from £0.41m, including a small amount of IP-based income, versus nil IP income in the comparable period. Gross profit (on products) increased to £0.43m from £0.17m. " "Elsewhere, sales across existing customers all increased in this segment, especially into Japan via our longstanding agents in pet and healthcare." | sikhthetech

02/11/2021 12:35 | cordwainer "Only having a 6-pack listing on Amazon is strange" Absolutely, why would any household want 6 packs, which would last months. sikhthetech - 25 Oct 2021 - 19:12:24 - 8931 of 8999 BYOTROL-CAN DELIVER AMAZING DavidG, "Why are the lead-times for our products on Amazon so lengthy? " Hycolin 24 is not sold directly by Byotrol. If you look at Hycolin 24 on Amazon, it clearly states dispatched and sold by Amazon. Further Hycolin is a Mirus Brand and supplied by them. Byot is not directly selling Hycolin 24 on Amazon. No one from Byot is selling directly on Amazon. I would ask why a consumer would need 6 bottles of Hycolin 24, given 1 application lasts 24hrs. 1 Bottle would last weeks/months. 6 bottles would last months.. You can buy 1 bottle of standard Hycolin antiviral for £1.49, which is will last you weeks for majority of settings. and generally about Hycolin compared to other brands. | sikhthetech

02/11/2021 12:26 | Loaf, "Looks like they have given themselves a kick up the backside and not before time." Maybe the company have read the constructive criticism by me, brownson, Microscope etc and others on here. They should have made the changes after the MS takeover. It's too little too late, as usual. Given they are already in H2, I think it's too late to stop a profit warning for fy2022. From the company's results, only published in Sept: "In the short-term, revenue from product sales in the new financial year to date has been hindered by closed venues from extended lockdowns, new competition, and an excess of inventory. However, the market does now appear to be stabilising and management now expect product sales for FY22 at a level some 10 to 20% below those for FY21: an exceptional year which was itself over 90% ahead of FY20." From the company's results, only published in Sept: | sikhthetech
02/11/2021 12:15 | Mirius marketing of Mirius' Hycolin 24 hour cleaner seems to be a shambles so far, very patchy. Google search of 24 hour disinfectant cleaner dominated by Microban, and for buying single bottles, your options are Bryson Products and F.A.Y. Medical - not exactly household names. Only having a 6-pack listing on Amazon is strange... has this listing shown as 'temporarily out of stock' since launch ? | cordwainer
