Posted at 18/2/2004 09:16 by wole Best buying price ever! Time for the little man to get in or top up. |
Posted at 17/2/2004 14:01 by best2bet simonevans!!I bought in on Monday with the crowd because I like a gamble too. BWP looking more interesting by the day. |
Posted at 16/2/2004 08:41 by kingcnut You just do your research and make your choice. You could buy a blue chip and the next day they announce a profit warning. Every stock is a gamble.Regarding BWP, market cap is about 420k, they have 250k in the bank plus whatever the listing is worth. They may not go up but imho they are about as low as they will get. So the only way is up and they have a full 2 years to do it. |
Posted at 16/2/2004 08:09 by sue helen BWP BUY BUY BUY! very illiquid / low market cap / price will move easily and they guarantee you will left holding the baby thanks for the email double6 but no thanks Sue |
Posted at 13/2/2004 20:25 by wole Interesting to find out that Savoy Investment Management Limited have a 17% stake in FIV, and a 20% stake in FTI, both run by the guys running BWP. No wonder Fiske's been happy to help them bring these companies to the AiM.Their resume's are quite impressive also. |

Posted at 13/2/2004 18:04 by voyager2000 PlacingFiske, on behalf of the Company, has conditionally placed 15,500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2p per share which will represent 86.27% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company after the Placing. A total of #310,000 will be raised in the Placing which will leave an amount of approximately #242,500 after deducting expenses of the Placing, Admission and pre-Admission expenses including certain residual expenses of the CVA. The Placing is conditional upon Admission. How much is 15.5m shares (86.27% of company) at 2p work out at. Well 15.5m shares at 10p each is 1.55m, divide that by 5 and we have 300 and odd K. Therefore the market capital with the other 14.73% must be what it states 0.42m. |
Posted at 13/2/2004 17:41 by voyager2000 Many trades today. Here they are to add to this since after Setstone and Tanfield today we know what people are buying in for.818 @2.25p 20,000 @2.35p 40,000 @2.25p 24,996 @2.25p 62,765 @2.35p 22,002 @2.25p Q1) Please can whoever bought these trades above confirm who you are?. Q2) When you buy on Monday would you kindly state how many shares you have bought and what price you paid.? Q3) Sue Helen have you bought or are you still on the sidelines thinking about getting in?. |
Posted at 13/2/2004 14:55 by wole The guys behind BWP are also behind WTI, FIV, MHG and FIV. They all seem to be in similar situations. Micro cap cash shells all looking to raise funds in the near future for RTOs. Someone once said they were experts at taking over failing companies, turning them into cash shells and making good acquisitions.I worry that they may be stretching themselves trying to do the same things with so many companies at the same time. And, there's quite a few micro cap cash shells out there all looking for RTOs. That said, someone somewhere is backing them. Fiske has helped them bring a few of these companies to the AiM so maybe they do have potential. Just my thots. |
