Bought in for the first time a short while ago at 19.4p, there
is still a overhang because there is 100k offered at mid price
online but i like the look of that guy's track record in todays
Rns.

Wayne Anthony Crew, aged 44, has over 20 years experience in the Logistics and
Global Express market. From 1984 - 1993 he worked for TNT Express UK Ltd,
rising to General Sales Manager for TNT's South East Region. Following this,
Wayne joined Hays PLC for 6 years, as National Sales Manager. During this time,
he was responsible for developing the Spares Logistics business from an initial
start-up pilot to a turnover in excess of £7 million. In March 2000 he joined
DHL International as UK Logistics Manager where he helped to achieve substantial
growth in the High Tech sector. He joined Business Direct in April 2005 as a
non-Board director.





Tim Houstoun, Chief Executive Officer of Business Direct plc, said: 'We are
extremely pleased to welcome Wayne to the Board. Since joining Business Direct
in April last year, he has brought a wealth of experience and considerable
insight into the industry. Wayne will continue to focus on the sales growth of
the business and providing tailored and flexible services to customers, meeting
individual requirements and budgets.'



Wayne Crew does not hold any current Directorships and has not held any
Directorships in the last five years.
