|Interesting, investors section from thier website has been removed.|
|I am going to write to the FSA for what its worth.I dont like being conned. The money has been written of but its the principle of the way these directors have behaved and to think that the CEO used to run a FTSE250 co. No wonder they kicked him out.|
|I too agree that it is appalling that an RNS can't be issued, but the website changed.
One also has to question the legality of delayed accounts to the exchange, yet distributes copies to shareholders - this is against the market rules, I believe but no doubt the FSA has bigger fish to ignore.|
|The way this co has acted seems illegal to me.How can you sell of your main asset without informing the owners of the co that is the shareholders. Who does one complain to?|
|And why no RNS to announce this to the market? I'm not sure of the exact cost of issuing an RNS, a £100 or so I have heard before, guessing this is too much for them..|
|What happens to the funds they get for selling the in night part of the co to dx group and how come they could sell it without share holder approval. I 2nd your views x5jwa.|
|Another Watson-Mitchell aka Dr Death/Watshot disaster...little wonder his own company ADW is apparantly going down the tube.|
|the in night part of the company has been sold to dx group and the rest of the company is bankrupt (finished) paul carvel you are a lying cheating basterd. love jon allenby|
I don't think that the Directors will make out of this situation. Only winners will be the administrators imo.
Tough times are really biting, cash is king and those that have none are hitting the wall at pace.
|Do the directors make a killing by doing this especially the bloke who had a stake of 25%?|
|BUSINESS DIRECT GROUP THIS ONE SHOULD BE ON YOUR SHOPPING LIST............NOT!
The end has a last arrived for this shambolic company. The administrator can sell the assets without share holder approval!|
|How do you buy an asset in a quoted company without buying the whole loss making fiasco? Surely the directors need shareholder approval as long as it is a quoted co.|
|it means that their interested in buying an asset not the whole loss making fiasco imo.|
|"none of these expressions of interest relate to the share capital of the company" What does this mean? Does this mean IF the co is sold shareholders will get nothing?|
|I would guess that they are trading as normal, ie loosing money until such time as they run out of cash and then it moves out of their hands. Expressions of interest can very quickly disappear once the interested party sees a fuller picture.
I am amazed that todays news has put 60% ish on the share price. Did I miss something??
|Cant understand this. CO says trading as normal. If so where are they getting the money to meet their overheads and if they can trade as normal why look for a buyer.|
|anyone care to put a value on any sale now? Mention of 1p at the end of last month, prior to today's news.|
on the up
|Is a company bent hard over the financial barrel, in a position to get a good price?
Hopefully it will be for the longtermers.|
|dumping going on now|
|That should bring in a tenner|
|Thanks mate, company now worth just one million quid, a bargin if ever|
You dont get a worse pump and dumper then tara7 !|
|Just a few day traders/ pump and dumpers trying to push this one IMO. Simply a flurry of buyers, buying because it has gone blue after a massive fall. They will probably become sellers at a loss when it turns again and the spread re opens.|
