372 MTV firvtye quarter us woeful for vanchem it's only 124 per month ...it should be more than 230 MTV to get to the run rate above 5000 MTV with shutdown .

Hard to believe this loss is just due to loan shedding in fact the rns states they lost 200 MTV from load shedding for h2..which implies even disregarding load shedding it still wasn't making the grade...is this the third year the guidance will be around 4200 MTV ..

Miss after miss ..to listen to folk ramping the stock it's been at 5000 MTV already for a long time ...placing coming here no cash ..who is paying for be salaries ? And capex for the electrolyte factory ??? Too many omissions and blanks here

Production of 3842 mtv with a target of 3900, considering the impact of load shedding that is a result in my book. I’m one of the few posters here who is actually invested so why all the fake hysteria. I bought more this morning @4.60.

I'm.absokutely vindicated in what I've said here the company has no cash and has deferred capex it was touting $3-$4 million for 2023 suddenly it's $9.7 ....we know why the company has not printed cash or what capex was spent .

Rampers like harchris where claiming cash would be $15 mill.utter nonsense

What a disaster. Missed revised production targets in 2022 and 2023 they won’t produce anywhere near 5,400 mtv. Seems we are right again on this board.

Energy expert, Lungile Mashele says Stage 8 load shedding is coming which means that people will not have power for over 12 hours a day. Eskom is currently implementing Stage 6 load shedding indefinitely. In an interview with eNCA, Mashele said it is highly possible that Eskom might implement Stage 8 rolling blackouts.Mashele said had Eskom not implemented Stage 6 load shedding on Wednesday, 11 January 2023 Stage 8 would have been implemented

UPDATE ON THE ORION CONVERTIBLE LOAN NOTE

On 30 September 2020 Bushveld Minerals entered into a US$65 million financing transaction with Orion Mine Finance ("Orion"), which included a US$35 million convertible loan note ("CLN") with a three year term, in order to support the aforementioned critical refurbishment programme at Vanchem. As the CLN will be maturing in November 2023, the Group has had discussions with Orion and other potential specialist funders regarding refinancing options of the CLN to determine a sustainable capital structure in relation to the Group's operations and longer-term growth ambitions. Discussions are ongoing and the Group will provide the market with further updates in due course.

*LOAD SHEDDING* Very concerning - Had they not reserved their diesel pump storage and if anything happened in the evening peak it would have most likely tipped us over to Stage 7 or Stage 8,she said.Stage 6 blackouts mean that South Africans do not have electricity for 10 – 12 hours a day, so Stage 8 means that there will be no electricity for 12 – 14 hours a dayMeanwhile, Presidential Spokesperson, Vincent Magwenya, says President Cyril Ramaphosa deeply regrets the current energy situation, which has seen Eskom implement Stage 6 load shedding. On Thursday, 12 January 2023 Magwenya was updating the public on the President's public programme and topical issues
