The problem you have with this share is. It is capped at over 60 million. With no production yet. So every penny adds 10 million to the market cap. So really it's still overvalued. So much dilution as well as over a billion shares.

First off nvhltd, thank you for your civilise and detailed reply, strangely I find myself agreeing with some of it, I did like the buy-to-let houses analogy, cleaver !! .. You said we might get lucky, a get out of jail free card so to speak .. don't you think Vanadium price rising because of all the variables, war/rebuilding/infrastructure spending/military spending/battery technology etc etc, is that perfect storm just as BMN bring down costs, up production, and electrolyte plant just about to come online .. also lithium just about reaching saturation point !!?? .. I think the next year or two will be a total game changer here, and loading up in the 4's will at the very least X5 your investment ... I'm about 85% all in here, 15% I use to play away, any profit ends up in here anyway .. I've been buying in the 4's the odd 30 or 40 thousand and got an average I could only have dreamed of a couple of years ago .. I don't need much of a rise to show a profit now,, also at the end of the day if it all went belly up it wouldn't ruin my life .. house and car paid for, bills easy to fund, and my 16 weeks holiday a year (only English coastline) nothing exotic very easily paid .. I wouldn't be happy if we lost it all, but at the same time not devastated .. but I think there's absolutely zero danger of that, this will make money for all involved .. and in the near future, 2 years max !! .. as I said earlier, Vanadium rising (disruptive growth) will drag this share price screaming and kicking a whole lot higher ... Have you got a target out price nvhltd .. or are you just in for the ride ?? ... Hope you got the gist of my rambling post !!

Megaman 2: We will have to agree to disagree on Fortune’s scorecard. Where others cast him as a genius for buying 2 assets no one else wanted and were for sale anyway is ludicrous to me. It’s certainly not hard or rocket science to use investors cash to buy a business.

A business can be bought for a pound if it has serious liabilities or problems. Likewise a deal can be structured to use business assets, cash in the bank, outstanding invoices to secure funding if the seller is motivated. What Fortune did is just standard business practice. Thousands of people have done exactly the same building buy to let property portfolios. You buy the first house and then use the capital appreciation, income from the first property and income from the second property to fund and leverage borrowing. It’s simple.

Where Fortune has failed is to execute his growth strategy because he bought a ‘house’ without getting a survey. In reality he has bought 2 ‘houseS ’ that aren’t structurally sound and is therefore having to use his next house purchase deposit and rent to maintain the first 2 houses. At the moment all of his cash is going on making running repairs, because he now knows that he needs $150 million to make the 2 ‘houses‘ structurally safe.

That’s why he has been a failure to date. The purchases were the easy part. Turning the businesses around and making them run efficiently has proven to be beyond his capabilities.

This doesn’t mean to say the business will go burst, that he can’t turn it around or that he can’t learn from his mistakes. I believe that with some good luck and with the right conditions we can weather the storm and get to somewhere where the grass is greener. However, as far as I am concerned both Fortune and Mikhail should not be given another day in the business whether they turn it around or not. They have had long enough and from their own statements, targets, objectives, timelines, RNS announcements and presentations have failed miserably to deliver since June 2018.

So as I have said many times before I have one account here and I’m invested. How many shares I have, when I buy or sell and my investment strategy is personal to me. I’m only interested in the share price ultimately, but only positive news and delivery on their growth plans will drive that. Obviously I don’t know your strategy, but BMN is only a tiny part of my overall portfolio so I’m prepared to let it ride.

Hope that helps?

nvhltd, sorry our posts crossed .. Im same, I've never filtered anyone troll or not, but this clown megamug/SammymugLSE has absolutely nothing to say, just parroting childish cowardly garbage ... Anyway enough about that moron .. Yes you are right, I do give Mojopelo some stick (as do most) about his slack delivery (RnS at the last possible moment and usually you need to be a rocket scientist to work them out) .. I don't think Mojopelo is doing a bad job, far from it, I just like a gaffer with more punch, charisma and energy .. loud even .. But that is just my preference .. I mean you can't knock Mojopelo for what he has built there, I just wish he'd shout it from the rooftops and get us moving ... That's it in a nutshell with me, happy with what he's built/building, but delivery could do better .. eight and a half out of ten !! .... The SP, I don't care who you are troll or ramper, it is going higher, a lot higher .. Vanadium is going higher for multiple reasons .. and the electrolyte plant once it's paying for itself in a year's time it will make shedloads of profit .. BE spin off .. VRFB's are starting to really get moving now especially in China .. the share price can't possibly stay under 25p when all this lot kicks in ... Downside, load shedding for two years (which is being tackled) and the debt which hopefully will be sorted if Vanadium price keeps rising ... They are my thoughts, now I must go, bacon and eggs to cook, and people to visit ... Give me your reasons you think BMN will fail, or not nvhltd .. are you invested and are you staying invested/confident or are you selling out .. What are your expectations for the next 6 -- 24 months .. and be honest !!

Well that says all you need to know don't it .. You ask nvhltd a civilised question 3 times and out come the other troll accounts .. the pathetic megamug and the ridiculous coward SammymugLSE answer on behalf of nvhltd !!.. It's either one troll or they are in bed together 🤣🤣 .. Oh and by the way megamug/SammymugLSE you forgot your lines/lies again this morning,, you're meant to have me on filter remember !!.. You have got to be the worst troll ever, totally useless 🤣🤣 .... I think I'm going to cut off your oxygen supply megamug/SammymugLSE and use the filter option, I've never filtered anyone before but you are just boring, you don't even put up a counter argument, just childish garbage, it's like debating with a parrot, it just repeats back at you what you teach it ..

What Sammy is looking for is a Jeremy style slanging match he believes thats supporting the share . The reality is it's an outlet for him to vent his frustrations the same way the council estate loser batters his wife and kids. I am not giving him that opportunity.

Can I ask you a question nvhltd (if you are not megamug of course you will answer honestly) are you embarrassed by that childlike lunatic troll parading round as SammyboyLSE, if it really isn't you, or one of your troll avatars, why don't you call it out ?? It does look very suspicious you say nothing about it's crazy posts .. even if I was a troll, I'd distance myself from that sad little maggot !!

Megaman 2: Oh well I tried to engage positively with you, but you choose to keep your reasons why you dislike Fortune so much to yourself.

You are as negative about progress as the rest of us here and acknowledge that what keeps you invested is the hope that external drivers might help us out someday.

Was this investment a no brainier for the past 4.5 years as more and more bad news emerged and the share price crashed?

Quote from you:

“I've just emailed the company, (Andrew.mari ) asking if the BE news promised by year end is yet another missed target, or just a blatant attempt to mislead us again”.

“Another missed target” and “blatant attempt to mislead us again”. What missed targets do you mean and when has he blatantly misled us? I’m assuming they are negative comments or ‘trolling̵7; as you like to call it if anyone else says something similar?
