The 25 % share of fcf is simply the $15- $20 million payment for the asset it's not in addition..if vanchem does not produce significant fcf they only get $5 mill per annum and it's capped at a total of $20 mill over 3 years..spr have picked up 100 % of vanchem for ¢$20.5 mill up front and as little as $5 mill per year for 3 years ..a pretty good deal for them if the v price turns next year .

Sp tanking now as the penny drops ..but it's not a penny 😂😂😂😂

Mind you they are getting. $100 for the sale of lemur ...

Basically bmn are not getting any more money this year for selling all of vanchem as they where for selling half ..it's just given them a few more months lights on receiving $9 mill now before completion as it was completely broke .

Can't wait to read harchris and faramogs daft ramping and misrepresentation of the facts which as always will transpire to be completely wrong ..

I've no idea why anyone would buy this stock today they need to pay Orion $7 mill very soon money they clearly don't have ...they are going to need a significant amount of more money to keep the lights on this year ..nothing left to sell..vametco worth less than the debt .Orion won't stump up any more money they are already in too deep. 0 p seems inevitable .

It's véry confusing but they are only getting $20.5 mill upfront ..less than already agreed for the first half ..the rest gets paid over 3 years...but most of the $20 mill upfront is all been given already as loans ??? $9mill plus $8mill plus $3.5 mill completely desperate ..there is only $9.5 mill to come and $3.5 mill is on completion ..that's all going up in smoke as it lands ..

"As at 03 May 2024, Vanchem has creditor balances of approximately US$13 million,"..

Thats not even going to cover the creditor balance which is long overdue .. this is just stopping liquidation today whilst they carve the assets up. Shareholder wipe out to follow .

Sold vanchem for a total of $35-$40 mill which is only $10-$15 mill for the second half ..a sorry state of affairs ..the can just got getting kicked down the road here they are going to be left with just vametco with Orion $75 mill debt the cash will still run out as the money incoming is just going to pay the huge trade creditors and losses that are stated in rns.

Watch for daft ramping by Harchris & faramog with a complete misinterpretation of the financial situation .it's still a zero p. All they have managed is to raise $15 mill more that will just take them through the next few months .
Then what ???
As I said all along spr will end up with vanxhem & Orion vanetco that was always coltmans remit .

Bushveld Minerals (LON: BMN) shares have fallen 48.9% to 0.0575p on the back of concerns about the vanadium price. Mug punters have taken to high grade boards like ADVFN for reassurance but have just been laughed at by respected posters who tried to warn them 12 months ago. Vametco achieved production of 855mt of vanadium in the first quarter of 2024 even though there were 25 maintenance days. The lower level of production meant that cash costs rose significantly from $25.90/kg to 28.40/kg. The future looks very bleak and the best option would be to switch off the lights, suspend the shares, and hold a massive champagne party celebrating the demise of this outfit.
