Back up to around 50p initially arab3 the broker target is 87p though. There is dividend news due in q1 2019. It has had a go at 50p twice and dropped back.

Got a feeling this has some more to fall. Looking for a sub 35p entry, just bring greedy though really it's already cheap.

Yup V off 40% since then. It's such a small market too only 40'000 tonnes a year. Everything about V's story screams bubble to me.

Alittlebirdtoldme. Joined 2 months ago and only posts on the same threads as plathunter, all the time backing him up. It’s the same person. Pretty sad. Another for the filter bin.

Meanwhile US equities giving up the lions share of yesterday’s gains. Still sitting in cash watching and waiting...

Makes sense to be thinking about laying plans for a cash call, even as a back up.

Especially as a lot of the value in the share price here is linked to the vanadium story and with V coming off over 40% over the last few months, as well as the NAV here only around 3p a share.

With a little dilution Plat, you might actually see 5p. I think you'll hit 30p, no dramas.

For your benefit Dimi.."Work towards a listing on th JSE has commenced. Listing on the JSE will give South Africa, capital exposure to the Bushveld’s story while broadening the Company’s access to capital to facilitate it’s ambitious growth plans'

Over 20% down since that statement so i can't be alone in my interpretation.

In that case you'll understand if i don't atleast bow to your reading skills. You've just agreed with what i said but you're neglecting the fact that stated purpose of doing so, is to raise capital lol

OK, I will clarify my statement. You do not need to raise capital on a secondary listing. You may choose to do so but it is not necessary. If BMN were to raise capital then it would be for an asset purchase. However, it is not necessary for them to have this in place at the time of listing but may come subsequently if at all.

And there is no need to bow when you acknowledge my superior intellect. Your mere appreciation, such as it is, is sufficient.

If you're not going to issue shares then you can raise capital by issuing warrants but then that just postpones the dilution until the point of conversion, or destroys the share price if they lapse.

Quite a confusing statement to make in my book.... A distributed dividend on one hand and a share issue on the other.. Sounds a bit like robbing Peter to pay Paul.

People literally queuing up to get bum raped here it would seem. My initial prediction of 30p was way to generous it would seem, lets lower the expectations down to 5p

Well in that case JC2706, I bow to your obvious and superior insight and intellect.

Perhaps you could explain to someone as ignorant as myself, as to how a company succeeds in raising capital without actually issuing any?

JC2706, you may wish to take a closer look at the statement...

“Work towards a listing on th JSE has commenced. Listing on the JSE will give South Africa, capital exposure to the Bushveld’s story while broadening the Company’s access to capital to facilitate it’s ambitious growth plans”

Pursuant to my previous question.. Unless there is already issued capital, sitting in treasury then there will have to be a new issuance which will obviously be dilutive in nature.

A secondary listing does not require dilution.

Goofrob..Not to mention the impending SA listing. How many shares will be required for that?Do you know if they have any in treasury, to protect the existing shareholders from dilution?

............As previously mentioned, work to define a sustainable dividend policy and so add a dividend return to the capital growth proposition of Bushveld is ongoing and will be completed in Q1 2019.
