Burst Media Corporation ("Burst" or the "Company") was notified on 26 April 2011 that on that day Steven Hill, CFO and executive Director of the Company, exercised 125,000 options over Common Shares of $0.01 in the capital of Burst ("Shares") at an exercise price of $0.10 per Share. Following this exercise, Steven Hill holds 275,000 Shares representing approximately 0.38 percent of the issued Shares.

Application has been made for the admission of the 125,000 new Shares to trading on AIM. Following admission the number of issued Shares will be 71,753,562.
