15/11/2006 12:57 | Timed that right in and out for + 6. Possible downgrade for some retail stocks pre-Christmas. 'Christmas retail only expect to see 1% increase and sales MAY have to start before ChristmAS. Rumour of over stocking unlike last Christmas where most were under stocked' | onehanded
15/11/2006 08:58 | Stopped out last week so had some luck here. PE highest of retailers now, buy backs not so aggressive. Looking to see if any directors sells now results out. Fancy a short at £6? | onehanded
14/11/2006 20:00 | Another good day today.Shares were marked down on release of the results but second thoughts produced a buying spree. Many commentators focus too much on the UK "chav" aspect and frequently overlook the upmarket money spinning elements e.g.expensive handbags and trenchcoats which have worldwide appeal. | standish11
25/10/2006 11:43 | Must be a takeover rumour somewhere. | countryboy
25/10/2006 10:18 | still have my original GUS demerger stake. Surely its time to sell it | ccnp

11/10/2006 14:44 | Closed on monday but re-opened short today. Nothing new in the update, trading inline with single growth expected. | onehanded
11/10/2006 09:04 | Trading update much better than expected and share price now circa 530p.Glad I resisted strong temptation to short this one. | standish11
02/10/2006 12:21 | Got the nodd to start to short again, apparently ex- directors to sell all their shares. First target £5. Started short at just before close today. | onehanded
25/7/2006 08:33 | Time to re-open the shorts which I closed after the results, but not yet.. watching | onehanded

19/5/2006 08:05 | Results May 25th may see a fall. Chart reversal under way. Watch out as old board members get ready to sell their shares. They own millions.... | onehanded

15/5/2006 08:10 | Watch out for a PROFIT warning boys.. sales down. Not going to miss this one. | onehanded
10/5/2006 08:10 | Just opened my first short since end of March, is at highs and with french Connection saying clothing sales being still hit, think next news out of BRBY will be less attractive and see a fall. IMHO | onehanded
20/3/2006 18:11 | Thats what it should do BUT market likes this and until bad news it may hold firm with a drift downwards. Only 1 short and not adding. £4 is my short term target. | onehanded
20/3/2006 17:59 | This is a very complicated company. If the Nordstrom lady is not up to the job and the Chav effect takes hold overseas, then the company may return to whence it came, just like FCCN. Yours etc., | handycam
15/3/2006 08:36 | Hi, Rogid only got 1 short position open. Waiting for the news that the management change is complete and the millions of her shares are to placed. Way overbought and with French Conection saying profits down 60% odd I expect sales to be poor on trading update. Not adding though as market likes this, that is until the bad news hits not prepared to gamble large stakes. Have a lot of money tied up in Mediwatch MDW shares and all the news is to come out soon, so loking for a good return here. | onehanded
13/3/2006 15:05 | Tempted to cut losses Fri but didn't. CPR hit today as well but I've got more time on that one. These episodes can easily rock one's confidence and lead to opportunities being missed. Trying to stay objective! | rogid
13/3/2006 08:30 | Buy backs nearly finnished and then will see what buying strengths it has. Think this may well be the end of this run for a while. | onehanded
10/3/2006 17:41 | Hey Rogid, rumours of very bad sales in Feb. Now brokers downgrade, so you may not be taking so much of a hit by Tuesday after all. Monday may see another sell off. Burberry 453-1/2 down 15, Merrill Lynch cuts to neutral from buy. Target £4 | onehanded |
