I've been here for ten years, I don't think the ride is over yet.
When it gets to 5x my purchase price I will be happy to sell and not before.

Be careful what you wish for.For my money ( and a lot of it is tied to btg) I think Louise will want to meet her objective of FTSE 100 and then any thing is possible.A bid from a hedge fund in the US could scupper that...but if the price was right....

In my experience interested parties could purchase 3% of a company without a single trace on the daily trade list. A lot happens that never gets reported until after the event

Something still unexplained going on , suspect someone unloading a fair chunk to other parties.
Let's hope it's interested parties.

It's certainly strange that trading just over 100k share options can move the price by such a range. Not a happy process if you are an obsessive like me!

MRI news article.

SCOTLAND SETS THE PACE IN MEDICAL IMAGING AGAIN - MRI was pioneered at Aberdeen Uni in the 1980s and Ultrasound in Glasgow in the 1950s

MRI - "John Mallard made the breakthrough for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) while working as a scientist at the University of Aberdeen. In 1980, he and his team pioneered the way in which the human body is viewed. They obtained the first clinically useful image of a patient’s internal tissues."

ULTRA SOUND - "Now a standard feature on hospital wards, ultrasound was developed over fifty years ago by a team of researchers in Glasgow, led by Professor Ian Donald and Dr John McVicar. But the inspiration for the paper they submitted in 1958 to the medical journal The Lancet came from Donald's own experiences in the Royal Air Force."
