BT’s free cash flow (FCF) outlook remains high enough to allow BT to maintain its 10% dividend growth guidance for fiscal year’s 2017 and 2018. I am interested in how we look to be entering an inflationary cycle. Protectionism in the US extending to other countries and devaluation of the GBP will, I feel bring it back and - in a typical spiral fashion - start requiring direct corrective action by central banks in 18 months time.If so - those companies with strong pricing power will benefit (BT among them) and stocks with significant pension deficits (BT among them) will see some relief. To me - at £3 and paying a very decent dividend - BT looks a good solid hedge against Trumponomics and Brexit.
