The debt is nearly as big as revenue. Gearing way too high. In the circumstances I don't think it wise to increase the dividend as the hole just gets deeper.

9 times out of 10

a dividend increase EQUALS share price rising...

I cant think of an increase in dividend announcement
that lead to the share price falling.
