Also put CEO swap out in the perceived risks column. This would be an obvious juncture to make unpopular choices and blame previous incumbent. Also it is not unknown for a CEO to leave before something awful becomes apparent .. who knows what Jansen was looking at

Tempting but putting some cash aside until the results and if an adverse reaction I would guess any fall would be overdone initially and one can add for netter times ahead, hopefully!!.

Results day is Thursday 16th. In previous years we've normally had a positive run-up to results day, usually out performing the market in the two weeks prior to the announcement.

This year its the opposite, worry and concern the divi may be cut, court case judgement, cap ex, pension deficit, etc.

Personally, I feel a lot of these fears are groundless, and I'm looking forward to next Thursday. Time will tell.

II says results due Friday 17th May.
Dividend Data web site says Thursday 16th May.

Re court case, in the next two or three years would be my guess.
