Note to Private Investors.

Don't be looking here for a reasoned investment, the share price is way over priced, the yield is poor, and the management continue to raid treasury under the pretext of performance opus!

No disruption to service, if we managed to get through covid with no issues I'm sure we'll get for a few more days of strike, BT saving huge amounts of money on pay!! Engineers I speak to won't be striking again .

Nobody seems to be affected by the strike except the strikers.
fibre rollout delayed by a few days.
anyone know of any other negative points for BT?
any disruption to services for customers?

Another 2 day strike planned for this week, but my son in law who is a manager there says the support is fast dwindling as he has to monitor the situations on the ground during the strikes. Last week at one site only 3 on picket line. His other site had none. BT have plans in place and are coping, but the strikers are losing pay and BT are not allowing overtime.

If you took profits very well and good seeing where the price been going...this is becoming the norm norm for UK household shares...FTSE still at Y2000...could possibly go lower...no longer an investment case in markets...a speculator traders paradise if you get it near right...

diku : Sorry didn't properly reply to your post. Traded it up .Have consulted my records. Sold at various prices from 132.9 upwards. Didn't always get it right. Best price achieved 199.90 on 18/02. Took interim dividend. Didn't wait for Final dividend. Sold last tranche at 190p. No longer a holder. Waiting and watching.

The charts for this are horrific, gone through every support like a missile sucking in loser mug punter small dividend investors all the way down just like other crxp such as abrdn and vod, in fact most of the doomed ftse. Draghi empire built on USD denominated debt, will be interesting to see if the creditors want to keep backing this shxt, once hes out this is sub a quid, get shorts on. And btw his name is spelt both Patrick Drahi and Draghi, check the press, to the axxhole comment below.
