@atlantic57-I had really good service from them last year. There was a line problem and EE, who were my broadband providings, sent BT over who arrived within 24 hours and did a great job.

My recent customer service at Bt suggests they are a screaming sell.
No home landline for 2 weeks .Spoke to numerous staff who promised to send engineers out who never turned up.We were then told that the fault had been closed as fixed.

Absolutely appalling service...

That would mean insider trading, I do believe.

Trouble is I can't recall Director buying meaning anything at all, other than "hope this will help prop up the sp".

Hope the CEO makes a great profit from that purchase :-) Maybe with Sharon White moving on BT may now be able to push forward without obstruction at every turn.

I think they’re cheap and bought a now full weight at 166 odd. My DCF is much higher. They have a huge number of levers to pull to address pension issue and debt. It’ll be volatile but worth easily north of 250p and probably 350p with fair wind.
