The issue here inmv is the secondary market. Why bother as so far it has had a negative impact. Worse still no trades from the states. This is odd inmv. Maybe someone could enlighten on this

UK smallcap markets are finished as a place to 'invest'. Only for gamblers and rainbow chasers now.

It's been taken down. BSFA is solid, results are good and they're breaking new ground. Everything over the last 6 months confirms a much higher price is justified, yet here we are. Take advantage of the games imho.

Yes it's amazing that people were happy to pay 17p in the oversubscribed placing but it's now sitting at just 11.5p with Shard Capital saying it should be at least 48p.

Che Connon, Managing Director of BSF Enterprise and CEO at 3D Bio Tissues, commented:

"The period under review has been one of significant progress on both technical and commercial fronts. Technical milestones have included us producing the UK's first 100% cultivated steak, an enormous step forward for our industry, as well as skin products thick enough to be used to make leather goods. Commercial progress has been demonstrated through numerous partnerships and proof-of-concepts as well as the signing of our first contracts, while expanding our sales channels both direct and indirect.

"Activity has continued apace since the end of the period and we have no intention of slowing, given the many opportunities available to us and the huge global potential for our innovative technology. We have a strong balance sheet which will support our well-defined growth strategy and we look forward to updating the market on future successes."

Maybe one of the larger ones making the meat would be interested in buying the company to stop any competion from rivals. That could also tie in with the secondary listing in the states. They could also sell off the other segments should they not be interested in them.

Difference is, BSFA isn't making any meat. They're selling their CityMix serum and tech to the companies that do make the meat. They've proved that it works and it allows manufacturers to speed up production and save on costs. They've already used placing funds to upscale capacity and can do licensing deals so companies can make it themselves.

That said, I'd welcome some big financing, would light a fire under this for sure.

I think you have to consider big financing to get this off the ground properly All the US lab meat Cos have raised big funds as far as I recall

Au contraire Mr.Shorter, they love it. Just need to let them know about BSFA. Similar companies are valued at 10x BSFA in the US.
