Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

On 7 March 2018 the Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited as trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that the EBT transferred 184 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Shares") to meet employee awards under the 2015 and 2016 Long Term Incentive Schemes (the "Schemes").

Following this transfer the EBT now holds 186,945 ordinary shares, representing 1.5% of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Schemes.
